Villa
Casa Rohan is a beautiful 5 bedroom villa with 4 bathrooms / shower rooms It is bright spacious and light with modern fittings and furniture.
The 8 Mtr x 4Mtr Kidney shaped swimming pool is south facing and surrounded by large terrace and gardens with a lovely pergola overlooking it with modern sofas and chairs - giving shade All day if required . The villa has air conditioning to all the bedrooms, (Extra Charges apply for Air conditioning see owners notes under availability calendar) The accommodation is on the top floor of the villa with two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the ground floor.
The villas is within 15 minutes walk of the centre of Moraira, shops, beaches and restaurants. The bathrooms are all recently fitted out with walk in showers and vanity cupboards ( no Baths). ...

Superb!
A really enjoyable 10 night stay at a villa that had everything we needed (and more). Pool was lovely, perfect outdoor space, loads of room on both levels and a well maintained property all round. Sky Sports was a real bonus as our stay coincided with Ben Stokes miracle innings at Headingley! Owners were so helpful and their suggestions for eating out were spot on. Can't fault a thing.

Wonderful Villa and views
We have just returned from a 2 week stay here. We were blown away by the Villa itself and the spectacular views. We had plenty of space for 2 families with so many lovely zones to relax in. The owners Gary and Julia were so helpful and bent over backwards to help us before/during and after our holiday. The kids loved the swimming pool and table tennis table. I would definitely suggest opting for air conditioning in the bedrooms in August. We thoroughly enjoyed our morning coffees on the terrace and relaxing in the different areas in the evenings. We managed without a car and found the taxi's very quick and easy and cost only 6-7 euros each. The location was perfect with beaches on the doorstep, supermarkets galore, plenty of restaurants and nightlife, we had an absolute blast and would highly recommend booking this villa. Thanks again for letting us stay.

Well maintained, clean and well equipped villa. Plenty of room outside and lovely views.
The villa was spacious and clean. The outside area offered different places to spend time in. One area is a very comfortable shaded area, excellent if a nap is required! The views are great. Unless you are keen walkers a car would be desirable. Taxis are very reliable and cost about 7 euros each way. The walk to Moraira takes 30/35 minutes not 10/15. A walk to El Portet which takes about 20 minutes is well worth it. It’s a tranquil beach and we had breakfast in a restaurant right by the beach very relaxing..The nearest supermarket is a 10min. walk but down a very steep hill. The next supermarket is a little further but does deliver. Both have a wide range of goods. It is a lovely place. Gary and Julia, the owners were easily contactable and extremely helpful.

the villa and Moraira. We were concerned that it took you 30/35 minutes to walk into town as it only takes us 15 minutes to the centre of Moraira.
We checked this on Google maps and from Calle Pintor David to Calle Doctor Calatayud ( this is the centre of Moraira) it is only 18 minutes the short way and 22 minutes the long way. This is for an average paced walker. We do agree that a car is advisable as we state in our advert.

A gorgeous and spacious villa with lovely views. Perfect for a family holiday with plenty of shade that definitely came in useful!

Beautiful, family friendly villa
Fabulous holiday villa, we had plenty of space for 2 families. Beautiful outdoor area with lots of sociable space for groups. Very well equipped kitchen and we will definitely be returning soon!! Easy 10 minute walk to Moraira which we also found very friendly,clean, pretty with lots of fabulous restaurants.

Holiday heaven
Had the most amazing family holiday , the facilities were second to none and the attention to detail blew us away, Moraira is a really beautiful place to visit and this villa made it all the more special

Lovely villa with great outdoor space and pool
A well laid out villa which was very well equipped with lots of outdoor space for eating, lazing and sunbathing. The pool and grounds were well kept, very private and secure. Gary and Julia were really helpful and great to deal with and all their arrangements worked a treat. Moraira is a small resort with lots of bars and good restaurants, all you need without the clubs and nightlife of larger towns.
Would highly recommend the villa and indeed Moraira.

Wonderful Villa, breathtaking views
Our holiday consisted of two families of four, with kids ranging from 8 to 19. The size and layout of the villa was absolutely perfect to ensure we all had our own space should we need it. The facilities and views from the upper balcony were fantastic. Communication was great throughout and I would definitely recommend this villa, we would also definitely go back when we return to Moraira (which we will!). All in all, a truly lovely place and a great holiday. Paul B.

Large spacious villa with fantastic views
The villa is in an ideal location for both Moriara and El Portet. If not hiring a car, like us it is a 15 min walk downhill to both. We also walked back but it is all uphill, but taxis were about 6-7 euros. The villa is very spacious and well laid out with large dining and lounge areas inside. The bedrooms are normal size with plenty of wardrobe and draw space. All bathrooms with showers. But what made our holiday was the outside space. We were 3 couples and some of us sunbathers and some preferred the shade. There is a lovely seating area downstairs near the pool under a pergola that is shaded all day with lovely big settees and at night it is all lit up, so it is perfect day and night. There are also corner settee upstairs on balcony and this is perfect for watching the sun go down. Facilities in the villa were good, with plenty of cutlery and crockery. Very relaxing holiday, nice pool and plenty of sunbeds. Perfect all round

An excellent villa which we would highly recommend.
A very family friendly villa with excellent living accommodation and plenty of bathrooms. The pool area was beautiful with a good variety of seating for both shade and sun whilst being totally secure for young children. Location again perfect with 2 good beaches close by and the bonus of free parking in Moraira. El Portet was only a short walk away and the beach was ideal for all age groups as the toddler and children could splash in the shallows whilst older members could swim further out. Local restaurant food was very good and the squares with bars where children could play were a real bonus. A big thank you to the owners for all their care and help answering questions and for arranging for provisions to be there on arrival.
