The Villa is a purpose built holiday bungalow comprising a master double bedroom with ensuite shower room, two twin bedrooms, a family bathroom, a galley kitchen, utility room, a living room with Freesat widescreen TV and sofa bed, plus a dining room seating 6. The Villa is air conditioned throughout, and in the cooler months heating is provided by the air conditioning inverter units.

The Villa sits on a large flat plot with spanish style gardens including mature trees and flowering plants, and a well screened 8m x 4m swimming pool with shower. Casa Nuestra is a beautiful villa in a lovely location. It is equipped to a high standard with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The plot is spacious with a good-sized pool. The folding bikes and the electric piano were nice bonuses. Everything in the villa worked as it should. The surrounding area has many attractions and we visited Valencia, Altea, Xativa, Guadaleste, the gardens at L'Albarda, Denia, Villajoyosa, Calpe, Javea and Moraira.

About the neighborhood
Just 5 minutes from Moraira town centre and its beautiful beaches, the Villa is well situated to enjoy all the established and extensive attractions of the Costa Blanca from Alicante to Valencia. There are numerous beaches and bays to visit, and atmospheric towns each with their own character.
As for Moraira itself, here's what the AA Essential Guide says: 'Originally a fishing village on a sheltered bay, Moraira remains one of the most unspoiled resorts. A lovely coastline, a superbly restored 18th century castle, good sports facilities, upmarket shops....'
Getting around
A car is essential.
Taxis from the Villa to Moraira centre and beach are approx 8/10 euro.
Teulada train station is approx 10 mins drive away, with scenic routes stopping at many resorts along the coast south to Alicante, and north through the mountains to Denia.
