The bottom half of the Villa contains one large bedroom with a King and single bed, and a walk in en-suite. It also contains an American kitchen. The sitting-room/dining-room leads to a large covered patio ideal for dining or relaxing. The sofa in the sitting room can be converted into a bed if required. All cooking utensils are provided as well as a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, radio, CD player and a hairdryer.
If your party is large or if you require your independence, there is an option to avail of the top half of the villa which has two bedrooms and an American Kitchen plus living room/dining room.

About the neighborhood
St Medard is a quaint old village with houses built from the local sandstone. There are lots of scenic walks around the village which also boasts its own Mitchelin Restaurant, Le Gindreau. In nearby Catus there is a lake, which is used for swimming, boating, tennis, football etc. There is a Spar and also an information centre in Catus. The L'Auberge is one of our favourite restaurants to eat. Prayssac has also some super restaurants and two large supermarkets. Cahors, the 'capitol' of the Lot is only 18 Kilometres from St Medard there is lots of exploring to be done the cathedral and Le Pont Valentre are a must. There are many other beautiful places to visit, Rocamadour, , Peche Merle Caves,the Underground Lake at Padirac, St Cirq Lapopie

The main airlines serving these airports include Aer Lingus, Air France British Airways, Easyjet, Ryanair, FlyBE and BMiBaby. Car hire is available at all of these airports. There is also a train service direct from Toulouse to Cahors where car hire is also available. By Car/Ferry. From Ireland one can take the ferry from Rosslare to Cherbourg with P&O Ferries or from Cork to Roscoff with Brittany Ferries. From England one can take the ferry to Le Harve or use The Channel Tunnel.
