It's in a great position - close to the leisure centre, a few minutes' walk from the beach and a ten-minute drive to the bustling seaside town of Falmouth. Step through the front door, from the designated parking space, and into a large hallway which is a perfect space for storing your buggy or beach toys. From here, the hall leads to the three bedrooms, family bathroom and the laundry cupboard which houses a washer-drier. There is the master bedroom with an en-suite shower room and toilet, a second double room, and the third bedroom is a twin. Each have patio doors that open onto the gardens, and plenty of storage space in the form of wardrobes, drawer units and bedside tables. The owners have added bed throws, curtains and cushions in ethnic fabrics and this really adds personality to the rooms. The family bathroom is on this level. It's a modern suite with both a bath and overhead shower, and is beautifully tiled in earthy shades of brown. As an added extra, we are now supplying each guest with one bath and one hand towel, at no added cost. Upstairs now to the huge living and dining area. You'll find two comfy, cream sofas and a matching armchair, all covered in soft scatter cushions. You'll love snuggling down in one of these after a busy day sightseeing. There's also another settee, set back from the centre of the room, This is perfect if you fancy a quiet hour with your book or a glossy magazine, away from the flurry of activity from the rest of the family. And with a bookcase full of books to choose from, how could you resist! If you'd prefer to relax in front of the television, there's a home theatre system and FreeSat TV. You'll find a selection of DVDs here too, and if you need to do some Internet shopping, you'll love the hi-speed WiFi. The dining table easily seats six. It's tucked away around the corner, again it's ideal if a couple of you want to play cards away from the others. There's even a writing desk for catching up with your postcards. The room feels spacious and relaxed; it really is a fantastic holiday home for mum and dad to take the children and their parents away for a week as you'll never feel as if you're on top of each other. Into the newly refurbished kitchen now with its modern, cream shaker-style units with fully integrated appliances including a dishwasher, fridge-freezer and double oven. Outside there is a patio table and chairs for some alfresco dining in the sunshine. The owner of this property supplies a travel cot, high chair and fitted stair gate for you to use while you're here, and for bookings of one week or more, we'll have a welcome pack ready for your arrival - a bottle of locally made Helford River Creek fruit juice, Cornish filter coffee, Smugglers tea, Cornish biscuits, a few sugar sachets and a pint of milk. You'll have full use of the leisure facilities, free of charge. There is a refundable £100 deposit against damages on this property. You have 29 acres of established gardens to explore, plus full use of the leisure facilities, including two all-weather tennis courts, children's play area, and attractive barbecue area.More
