The house is a converted barn, and is extremely spacious. The rooms have great character with lovely exposed beams and stone walls. It can comfortably sleep 10 to 12 people.There are two large bedrooms on the first floor both with family size bathrooms and one dorm type room which is great for lots of children. Always ask about extra beds. There is also a private room downstairs with a sofa bed which can be a fourth bedroom or can just be a quiet area. Large outdoor terrace with BBQ, table and chairs and parasols with views over the garden and rolling hills There are 3 bathrooms and a wetroom/toilet. There is an above ground swimming pool (6m x 6m) which makes it super safe for smaller children, you just take away the ladders! The locality is rich in history, and there are many pretty medieval villages within easy reach. The house is situated away from the road but has easy access. The house is 8km from Boulogne sur Gesse and here you will find a boulangerie, two supermarkets, and very helpful tourist information, restaurant, outdoor swimming pool and weekly market. The next village from the house also has a huge outdoor pool, with lots of fun for all the family! Please note that the owner of the property is sometime resident onsite but you are assured total privacyMore
