Looking for a great location to celebrate my 30th I I knew I'd picked the perfect spot here. We booked both Parlor and Pasture barn for our stay which was incredible, we was already blown away by the description and the images when we arrived straightaway we knew it was the best place we had been to. We had some unexpected snow fall the first night but it was great with the kids to take them on the land sledging then get warmed up cosy by the fire. Everything we could of needed was there down to the smallest details & the owners were so helpful ensuring we was all okay and if we needed anything. The games room was perfect for the kids as well as the adults to break up the week. There was so much to do, games room, sauna, bbq, relaxing, hot tub, beautiful walks. My little one absolutely loved the bird clock too every hour she ran over to see it and the little games cupboard of board games and puzzles/bricks was such a nice touch for the families. Thank you so much for the service 10/10 for everything, value for money, cleanliness, details, location, amenities, helpfulness. We will definetly book again and our friends who joined us have already priced up all the barns, they're coming back as they loved it and the owner was kind enough to show them Hollydale once it was empty. Amazing location, you will not regret booking here and I'd highly recommend.

Wow, wow, wow! What a totally amazing place! What a gem of a find this is! From the pre arrival experience, to walking through the door the whole experience was exceptional. The owner Jo truly offers a 5* service from the moment you reach out, pre arrival she offers nothing but fabulous guest satisfaction, home cooked meals can be catered for by Jo, along with home baked bread and treacle sponge! Amazing!
The location of the barns is breathtaking a view from every window with every detail catered for, dog biscuits, dog bowls, towels for the dogs, bathrobes, hairdryer, straighteners, there’s nothing the owners haven’t thought of! The sauna, hot tub and outside undercover heated hut (hut isn’t the right word as it was very luxurious) were just simply amazing! Our dogs loved the outside space and were so happy and content! The icing on the cake is the games shack which you share with the next door barn, so well thought about in terms of rota with the neighbouring barn. Again the games shack was brilliant, it had everything from air hockey to table tennis and karaoke plus amazing views and fabulous sunsets! The best cottage we have ever stayed in and can’t wait to return, bravo to Jo the owner and her family for creating such an amazing haven!!

WOW, WOW, WOW
I booked pastures barn as a surprise 30th birthday present for my partner. It really did exceed expectations. The location is lovely, on the top of a hill, surrounded by hills (personally my ideal) We was close enough to local shops and cosy pubs. If your looking at this review deciding whether or not this place is for you.. then let me just say, Pastures Barn is something else and you will not be disappointed. When we arrived it was spotless, gorgeous decoration and some really lovely personal touches. You can really tell there is no expense spared. The beds are comfy and it was spotless throughout. The facilities was brilliant. The games room has provided many memories, the karaoke, the piano, table tennis, pool, table top football, air hockey gave us endless hours of fun. Jo, the owner was just on the other end of the phone if we needed her which was good to know! We will definitely be returning. THANK YOU!
