Charming  cottage situated between the Yorkshire towns of Harrogate and Knaresborough. The cottage is a short drive from Ripley Castle with its tea rooms,village shops and lakeside walks. Knaresborough  is only 1.5 miles and has a market day each Wednesday which is popular with locals and visitors alike. Walk along the waterside or take a boat along the River Nidd,alternatively,watch the world go by in one of the cafes along the riverbank. Harrogate with its Convention Centre and Yorkshire Event Centre is just a short drive away. You can even enjoy Bettys tearooms and the many spa town attractions nearby,including Ripon the cathedral city. To the right is a double bedroom with views of the front garden and a wallmounted TV & DVD player. There is also a shower room with wet room style shower complete with WC and non-slip flooring. From the hallway head through to the lounge/kitchen/diner with well-equipped kitchen area with electric oven and hob,compact fridge/freezer,microwave and breakfast bar for that lazy breakfast. Just off the kitchen,down one step is the utility room with washer/dryer. Relax in the cosy lounge with TV/DVD,books and games for making the most of your evenings. There is also a dining table for four where you can enjoy the rear views of the garden. Venturing outside there is a front garden which is set on one level with garden furniture and to the rear,down five steps from the decked area is a pretty,well stocked garden with access gate  to the Woodland Trust's Nidd Gorge. There is off-road parking available. More
