Maison Petite Creuse is a beautiful, newly-renovated French stone farmhouse located in the heart of the stunning countryside of La Creuse/Limousin. Surrounded by many safe swimming lakes (the closest just 15 minutes drive) many with sandy beaches and watersports and flowing rivers ideal for fishing (Holiday permits available locally) and situated just 15 minutes drive from the historical market town of Dun Le Palestel with all it's conveniences.

The house is nestled on the very edge of a peaceful farming hamlet consisting of just a cluster of houses, and situated a short walk from La Petite Creuse river (after which the house is named) where in the summer months children can paddle and catch small fish in the shallow waters.

We have just returned from a week stay at la petite maison creuse. We have 4 boys between 9 and 15y...it was perfect. Communication with the owner was excellent and information about the directions and the local area received before we travelled was spot on,...More
