Old Chapel is a pretty and cosy holiday cottage, with open plan living area, with full amenities. A modern bathroom with double size shower is off the bedroom. The vaulted beamed ceilings give the property real character, ideally placed for touring The Lake District, Hadrian Wall, Northumberland, North Pennines National Park. Close to Historic Carlisle and the boarders of Dumfries and Galloway. Many local walks, including RSPB Nature Walks, Gelt Woods and Talkin Tarn on your doorstep. Hayton is a pretty Cumberland stone village, with a friendly community and a fabulous welcoming Pub, with real ales and good food. Hayton is located just off the A69 close to the market town of Brampton with a Church with William Morris stained glass windows. ...Old Chapel is a pretty and cosy holiday cottage, with open plan living area, with full amenities. I needed somewhere to sleep over Christmas since daughter's home was crowded so the dog and I came here for three nights. Well provided and Clare couldn't have been more helpful. Next door to a good pub although at Christmas, it was standing room only!
