Located on the outskirts of Great Totham near the historic market town of Maldon, our barn offers the perfect place for a family holiday, romantic break, rural retreat and outdoor activities.

Set in open arable farmland to the front and rear, there is ample off road parking, a large shared garden at the front and separate gardens at the rear. There is a play area for children.

The Barley Barn has an open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen area.
The kitchen is well stocked and has a fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a butchers block which gives additional storage and work space. The long wooden table can comfortably seat eight guests. High chairs are available.

Barley Barn at Jepcrack's comprises of an open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen. The stunning, ground floor master bedroom has a vaulted ceiling, beams, exposed brickwork, a king sized bed and antique desk. There is a full length mirror and hairdryer. The en-suite is luxurious with a jacuzzi bath, shower above and vanity unit.

There are a further two bedrooms. The spacious upstairs bedroom has a double bed, ample storage space for clothes and a full length mirror. The en-suite has a bath, shower above, toilet and vanity unit.

Babies under 2 years at time of stay and using travel cot are not included in the guest numbers.

Bank holiday Mondays are weekend rates. Prices include linen, bedding and towels. Heating is electric central heating and wood burning stove. We leave an initial supply of logs, kindling and fire lighters. Additional large bags of logs and kindling can be bought at cost approx £8 per large bag.

For long stays we can arrange for your own supply of logs. We take a refundable deposit of £100 on arrival for stays of up to 2 weeks and £200 for stays over 2 weeks to cover breakages or excessive cleaning costs. Bedding, linen, towels, bath mats and tea towels are included in the cost.

Please enquire for rentals for longer than two weeks and for what is included in the rental rate.
