The area is of great natural beauty and the property is understandably one of the most desirable on the island.There is access via a private pathway to a small secluded beach just 150 metres away. Alternatively, a 10 minute drive will take you to the popular beach of Antisamos with its seafront snack bars and watersport facilities. Distance from the airport is 33 kilometres and we can provide pick up service.

The Villa also offers a traditional barbeque and al fresco dining area within the fully landscaped gardens, which is suitable for up to 12 people. There is a fifth double bedroom in the basement. This room is intended for a nanny or a domestic helper and has an en-suite bathroom. The basement area also contains a spacious lounge/play area and a separate WC.
For an additional cost, there is the possibility of boat hire so that one can take full advantage of the beautiful beaches around Cephalonia and the nearby islands of Ithaka and Zante.

Incredible villa in one of Greece's most beautiful holiday destinations. The bedrooms were spacious and spotless + the view was breathtaking. Great location and absolutely stunning swimming pool. Would definitely visit again!
P.S. a trip to Myrtos beach is a must!

The villa is completely secluded, yet quite near the local shops and restaurants of Sami and nearby Agia Efimia. Top attractions include the famous Melissani cave with its crystal-clear fresh water lake, the monastery of Agrillion, the cave of Drogaratti with its impressive stalagmites and the monastery of Agios Gerasimos. About 15km away is the renowned beach of Myrtos with its turquoise waters. There are also numerous hiking trails.

From Cephalonia International airport head southeast towards the port of Sami (30km). Then follow the road to Antisamos beach and turn left at approximately 3 km into the dirt road leading to the villa. The property, with its distinctive mast, is clearly visible from the road.
