The accommodation comprises of 3 Double Bedrooms with ensuites and 1 Double Room with sole use of family size bathroom.
Includes a generous continental breakfast in our large family salon.
The salon also has free Wifi, English & French satellite TV, logburner in the cooler months and chilly evenings. Large kitchen available for guests to make their own tea and coffee - supplied. Fridge available for guests use, chilling that bottle of wine etc. All rooms on ground floor. Large area of secure covered parking available on the premises. Use of Games room, which currently has a full size table tennis table and dartboard.

La Trinité-Porhoët

La Trinité-Porhoët is in the Department of Morbihan, one of four that make up Brittany. Located virtually in the centre of Brittany, it is ideal for touring the whole area with both Channel and Bay of Biscay coasts within easy reach.

The village itself is a mere five minutes stroll along a quiet lane where you will find two bars, a boulangerie, a pharmacy and other places for those essential things of life.

At the bottom of the lane next to the house (two minutes stroll) there is a large lake with an easy circular walk where you can see kingfishers and other wildlife; fishing is also available.

By sea

Brittany Ferries Brittany Ferries sail to St Malo (103km) from Portsmouth and Plymouth. Roscoff (160km) from Cork and Plymouth, Caen (255km) from Portsmouth and Cherbourg (308km) from Poole during the peak season only.

Condor Ferries Condor Ferries travel from Portsmouth to St Malo and Cherbourg, Poole and Weymouth to St Malo although some of these stop off at the Channel Islands so make sure you check!

Calais with its ferries and of course, 'le tunnel sous la Manche', is 602km, but French roads being what they are, even that is not too daunting. You can always take in some of Normandy on route. It is also worth noting that Brittany is free of toll roads.
