Cerbere is a charming Catalan seaside village neighbouring on glamorous & cultural sites such as Banyuls Sur Mer, Colliure in France and Cadaques in Spain. It offers all amenities: Train & bus station, supermarkets, baker & newsagent, postoffice, doctor, pharmacies, shops, cafés and restaurants. The walk down from the house to a gravel beach with crystal clear is 10 minutes - if you fancy more adventurous choices, the coastline boasts countless pirate coves and offers excellent scuba diving. Cerbere is friendly, lively and original, people dance on the village square on Friday night, everybody knows everyone and it is very welcoming, laid-back and friendly. Only a short drive away are the Museums of Figuears and Port Llegat, which show Salvadors Dalis life & work. Dali loved the intensity of the Catalan white light, blinding and enhancing in the same time! Colliure attracted Picasso and Manet as well as Gaugin and today is a lively and glamorous port of call - it's Fort, Museums and Restaurants are well worth a visit. Fort St. Elme between Port Vendres and Colliure is a fantastic wind-swept fortress with an impressive collection of weapons. Further afield lies the fortress city of Carcassonne, surrounded by the splendid ruins of the Cathar castels, a christian sect who was pursued and killed in the medival times. The house itself is freshly renovated and boasts 3 properly seperated bedrooms, one with en suite facilities the other 2 share a bathroom. About the neighborhood

The wild and fragrant lower slopes of the mighty Pyrennees mountains, which invite for walks or proper hikes, the delicious food and famous wines which tempt for a 'degustation' ...Just 10 Min stroll down the hill from Villa Cap Cerbere take you to the clean little beach of Cerbere, whilst a short drive leads to the sandy dunes of the Costa Brava or the vast stretches of beach of St. Cyprien and Canet. The village offers all amenities such as shops, restaurants, doctors, pharmacies and train station. In Figueras...
How to get there
Girona is the easiest and closest airport - RyanAir offers regular flights to and from there, as well as Beziers. A multitude of airlines fly to and from Barcelona or Toulouse.
