It’s been as carefully tended to inside as outside, with beautiful lush tropical gardens and an abundance of fruit trees. It’s certainly a most spacious villa; ideal for larger families or groups of friends. Particularly advantageous is the ability to enjoy time together in the communal areas, but with enough space for privacy too. There are seven wonderful bedroom suites with ensuites on offer, all perfectly appointed with beautiful furniture and views of the ocean. You’ll find seven different buildings here which make up the villa’s community; housing five of the bedrooms. The main part of the manoir is where you’ll find the beautiful living areas. Here you’ll find beautiful high ceilings that encompass the gourmet kitchen, dining area and comfortable living room. If you’d prefer to relax outside, there are lots of beautiful places to choose from. Perhaps you might enjoy local delicacies cooked on the large outside BBQ, or dine on the outside dining table. And of course, you’ve got a stunning heated swimming pool ready for your use; accompanied by an open pavilion that also offers shade when needed. Premium Island Vacations: We specialise only in St Bart Villa Rentals and know the island intimately. We have been on island since 2005 and have our own local concierge and representative on island Premium IV St Barts Concierge Services for airport assistance, car rental, boat charter, private chefs, and anything else you can think of.
