This is a comfortable well kept house that is ideal for friends and families and very well located.
The 3 double bedroom 3 bathroom house sits on a 5000m2 gated plot and is very close to Ibiza town on the road to Sant Josep.
The 3 bedrooms are all double each with a bathroom en suite.
2 of the bedrooms are on the first floor. The master bedroom has access to its private terrace and a bathroom with a shower and a bathtub.
The second bedroom has a bathroom en suite with a shower.
The 3rd bedroom is on the ground floor, with an independent entrance, and bathroom with a shower, as well as a small living room.
There is a living room with a fireplace and Sat Tv and a kitchen / dining area.
