(draps fournis) coin salon télévision et salle à manger.
- Cuisine indépendante : équipée plaques Vitro, frigo, micro-onde, four, lave vaisselle, machine à café, vaisselle......)
- Une salle d'eau avec douche.
- WC séparé.
- Cellier avec machine à laver et rangements.
- Chambre avec lit 160x200.
- linges de lit et serviettes de toilette sont fournis pour le séjour.

Le ménage est compris dans votre séjour, Néanmoins la vaisselle devra être lavée et rangée avant votre départ et les poubelles vidées dans les containers prévus à cet effet ( sur le parking). Retirer tout le linge qui a été utilisé(exceptés les alèses).
* Le logement limité à 4 personnes. Le nombre de Visiteurs durant la journée est limité à 4 personnes. Arrivée à partir de 16h00 Départ avant 10h00.

Gîte agréable et bien situé!!!
Séjour très sympa dans un joli cadre,nous avons été très bien accuilli,le gîte est bien équipée,terrasse agréable!!!

Stunning Setting in Beatuiful Gite with Amazing Owners
We are a family of 4 and this was our first time in this area. We have had the most lovely week in this area and can't thank the lovely Claude and Sandrine enough for being super hosts and providing 5 star accommodation for us. The Gite was superb and was clean and beautifully modern fresh and light filled. The terrace outside the bedroom was a lovely sun trap to come home to after a day out. The location is fab as you can walk into the centre within minutes to reach the daily market or head to the beach within 10-15 minute walk. The local beach is a stunning cove and has fabulous waves crashing in along the shoreline. We will definitely be returning to Sandrine and Claude's Property they are so lovely and the perfect hosts.... we will be practsing our French for 2018 for when we return x

Gé-nial !!!
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Les hôtes ont été plus qu'aimables, toujours disponibles quelle que soit la demande.
Le logement était très agréable, bien équipé et très propre... Que demander de plus ? Proche des plages, du marché dans un cadre calme et reposant, bref, je recommande ce gite sans hésitation. ^^

IRREPROCHABLE
Location zéro défaut.
Tout est neuf ,de bon goût et conforme au descriptif. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et sympathiques ,toujours prêts à rendre service .
La belle commune de Vaux sur mer dispose des commerces essentiels .
Nous retournerons avec plaisir dans cette agréable et confortable location .

Spacious,clean,and convenient.
The Gite is very spacious and was spotlessly clean and well decorated in a very convenient location being only 800 m from the sea and 300m from some shops. It was very well equipped and the garden well kept with several areas to sit. Although it was in a residential area it was very peaceful and not overlooked. Sandrine ,the owner was very pleasant and helpful and made us very welcome.

Gite Vaux sur Mer
Sandrines gite was amazing. Spotless clean with a modern decor. Sandrine was very welcoming and available for any queries. The area is quiet and the outdoor area great for eating and relaxing. Good restuarant The Cottage nearby. I would highly recommend this accommodation for a stay in Vaux sur Mer.

Loved the gite - the location is great just a few hundred metres from the local shops and eay to get to all the beaches

Magnifique séjour
Magnifique et reposant séjour passé en famille. L’appartement est très agréable et les propriétaires charmants. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.
