There are 2 swimming pools, one small and a bigger one which is heated, creating an ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday.
Most facilities provided, including fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine,1 King/queen double bed bedroom, bathroom with shower cubicle, lounge with double sofa bed and dining area. 43-inch smart HDTV with free wi-fi within a secure residential complex making this an ideal spot.
Best bit is you can work from home when staying here! So why not a working holiday?

We were disappointed, the fact that I needed to go to the supermarket to buy cleaning products as the bathroom and kitchen sink were not clean. The other disappointment was there were no mattress nor (very uncomfortable) pillow protectors. The linen is very poor quality and needs replacing.
On a positive note, the apartment in a good location for golf club, one stop on the bus, the shops and restaurants are only a short walk away.

Wonderful 7 week stay in Golf del sur
Apartment was lovely, very clean and well equipped, especially the kitchen. Beautiful views from the balcony of the mountains on one side and the sea on the other. Well situated for the commercial centre for restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Great walks along the coast to Los Abrigos for the excellent seafood restaurants.

Great Week
My wife and I had a great week in the Golf in November staying at the apartment on Teraz la Paz . Great location with easy access to all areas in Golf Del Sur . Host Abhi was so helpful and accommodating Many Thanks for letting us stay we look forward to a return .

Just had 6 weeks in this apartment very nice well secure gated complex very well managed very clean. 2 swimming pools with plenty of sun lounges and a nice restaurant on site.the apartment was very clean well equipped kitchen with everything you need for your stay. Bathroom with a very powerful shower over the bath with plenty of hot water.it had a very large terrace with a table and chairs and a very nice view but lost The Sun about 1.30 The TV had all the English channels but it would have been nice to have a bigger screen as it felt a bit small when you were sat on the settee. In my opinion the only thing that let the apartment down was the fridge freezer box which was to small a bag chips and it was full witch ment you had to go shopping frequently as you couldn’t stock up with frozen food.The position of apartment was central for everything you needed bus stop straight outside with Avery good service for tripping about a 5 minute walk into san blas to the bars and restaurant and a golf course on your doorstep really enjoyed my stay I would recommend the apartment

Pleasant apartment in lovely location.
Apartment was clean & spacious & suited to a couple sharing.
Abhi & Sally were easy to contact to iron out any little problems.
Large balcony with a view of the red mountain & the Atlantic.
Close to San Blas with its supermarket & numerous good pubs & restaurants.
We enjoyed our stay.

Very nice holiday
Would recommend this apartment to anyone lovely and clean very pleasant stay, all amenities very close, bars, restaurants bus service, taxi etc.

excellent 1 bedroom sea view apartment
We had a wonderful 10 week stay at Take it Easy. The apartment was lovely and clean with all the facilities you need . Waking up to a sea view every morning was great.
The only niggle was the size of the tv. - very small. Okay if you are only there for a week but otherwise could do with a larger one
Hope to stay there again.

Ideal for relaxing holiday.
Comfortable apartment close to excellent amenities. Only suggestion is that the owner provides more comfortable balcony furniture. Not everyone wants to go and lie by pool. Would choose to use this apartment again in the future, owners very helpful and informative.

A lovely apartment in a quiet gated complex. The apartment has everything you need for a relaxing holiday, it was clean and well maintained with a fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. The balcony is large with views of the mountain to the left and sea to the right, the sun rises facing the balcony so lovely places for breakfast and sets on the other side of the complex so it's not too hot in the evening but ceiling fans in the bedroom and lounge helped if it got too hot at night. There is a tv with English channels but we just used it occasionally to catch up with news. The complex has two pools, we used the larger heated one all the time we where there, there are plenty of sunbeds and not very busy, some days we had it to ourselves. They are working on the restaurant but it was empty at the time of our visit, but we were told that someone was taking it over, that would be handy for food and drink. San Blas it within a 5 minute walking distance. A small but adequate block of bars and restaurants, the of the square has a bit of cabaret and music on but closes around 12 - 1pm which is enough for us. The area is suited to mature travellers rather than children and offers a chilled and relaxing holiday. You are on the flight path near the airport, but we liked plane spotting so it was fine for us watching the go over and there aren't many in the evening

The Centro commercial San Blas is a 5 minute walk which has all the holiday entertainments like the restaurants, bars and evening entertainments. There are supermarket (hiperdino), cash machines and shops. Close by is a typical Canarian village of Los Abrigos with beautiful spots to relax with tapas and sangria. For the water sport enthusiast El Medano is close by.
