This luxury two bedroom & three shower/bathroom apartment has plenty of space to accomodate six people. The large lounge/diner area includes large sofa (which converts into a double sofa bed), flat screen 42'' TV with sky and DVD player, Hi Fi and CD system. Wifi is available the code will be provided via email nearer the booking time. There is also a dining table and chairs. The lounge leads onto a spacious terrace / garden that receives the sun from morning till night.
The large size kitchen is well equipped with everything you need - washing machine, fridge freezer, hob and oven etc.
The master bedroom (double bed) has cable TV and an en-suite bathroom with shower over bath. There is a secure safe in the wardrobe.

Excellent holiday, in a lovely apartment.
We stayed in this lovely apartment from 26th dec to 5th Jan.
The apartment is very clean, and it was a nice surprise to have a couple of bottles, chilling in the fridge on our arrival, much appreciated. The bedrooms are big, with plenty of storage.
Pool towels were also provided, which was nice. Good WiFi signal.
There is a big patio with sunbeds,which gets the sun all day, or, you can go to the lovely heated fresh water pool on the complex. The kitchen has a big fridge freezer, and a smaller separate fridge.
Overall, a great place for a holiday.

Christmas 2019
Just wanted to say that we have just returned from a wonderful holiday in this apartment. It was everything we hoped for and more . The apartment had everything you needed and more . The patio area was gorgeous so safe and the sun is there all day . The pool area is stunning so clean and well looked after. We would definitely return

Family holiday
Fantastic size of apartment plenty of room for everyone great size patio lovely area with some great food to be had pool area well kept water a great temperature we were a party of 9 on this complex with 3 apartments in different areas around the complex and we have all said the same very relaxed around the pool as well never to busy not sure why the complex isn't busier.
Only down side was it was abit Dusty and quite a lot of flies everywhere.
James the owner was always quick at communication from the very point of booking .

Home from home
My wife and I stayed here from the 8th March to the 22 nd March. This was our 4th visit and we enjoyed this time as we did the first time. The apartment is large with a lovely large patio and garden to the front.
Table and comfortable chairs are provided for alfresco dining. Sun beds and cushions are also provided. The apartment was clean and fresh on arrival with everything you could want for a self catering holiday.
We have booked again for next year.

My family and I are not long back from our stay here and found it brilliant, we were greeted with Jame,s welcome pack of prosecco red wine and water, the apartment itself was very spacious it has an opened planned living area with a king sofa bed and its own bathroom, it has two bedrooms one with a wet floor bathroom and one just en suite style, Great if you have a bunch of you staying here, the bedrooms also have a quiet time out space area with chairs so if you do have a large party staying you can at least retreat to them for some space. The kitchen is full of equipment to help your stay with an extra fridge that double up to be a beer fridge or over spill if needed. The pool is 2 lots of stairs up and great just to hangout however there is no shade when it gets really hot, the patios is very spacious and has lounges, table and chairs and is a great place to sit out and have dinner or a drink. There is many restaurants across the road is the la Marina 1 which serve good food and helped us organise a cake for my sons 18th birthday really friendly and has some entertainment , the wild geese next to us has a pool table and sports on all day and there is shop next to it for essentials. I would recommend Amarillo car hire for car rental Steven is brilliant and can try to accomadate you. And if you really need a big shop the mercadona is a 10 min drive away and costs 13 euros (€6.00 each way) you will save money too at Chinatown for the odd bits and Bob's you may want to take hm.

Nice stay, can only recommend to book!!!
All what I was expecting I also got. Very nice and big appartment with teracce, modern equipped, all what was written was also there. We really enjoyed our stay and could relax ourselves to the maximum level. Only thing which we were missing was free wifi in the appartment but all in all we could survive this, for we got wifi in the near pub, but it would be very nice to have those. We also had free acces to the heated pool and other facilities. If we will consider to visit Tenerifa again, I would definetly book this appartment again. Thank you for the awesome vaccation.

LOVELY SPACIOUS APARTMENT
My husband and I had stayed in this apartment a few weeks ago and we were not disappointed. We found the apartment to be very clean and had everything we needed. The terrace outside was large and ideal for sunbathing and the television had English channels so there was no problems with not having anything to watch. Beautiful leather suite which I think is quite new along with a lovely leather chair recliner......James I would definitely get a few seat covers for your couch to keep clean.
Very large fridge and freezer and even an extra fridge which was good but not really needed maybe a dishwasher would be good there..... The apartment also had three bathrooms in which the shower room in the second bedroom en-suite was lovely. The surrounding area had lots of bars and restaurants near by so you were not short on entertainment especially The Wild Geese amazing Irish bar with entertainment every night. I would definitely recommend this apartment if you are staying in Golf del Sur. Would certainly be booking again ......

Perfect spacious accommodation in an ideal location
We had a 2 week stay in this ground floor apartment and had a fabulous time. The apartment is very spacious and beautifully furnished with everything that you need. The lovely garden terrace catches the sun most of the day and is furnished with table and chairs and sunbeds. The pool area which is only a short distance away is lovely wth plenty of sunbeds and a fabulous pool. There are plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance . We would definitely recommend

Brilliant all rounder
Stayed in this apartment for 2 weeks and had a fabulous time. The locals were really welcoming and friendly. The area was nice and quiet but not too quiet to be boring (far from it). The apartment is very spacious and comfortable with everything that we needed. It was clean and tidy. The terrace was amazing due to its size, garden and easy access to the street, bars etc. The ease of a car parking bay outside the apartment was a bonus. Definately returning - already booked for next year.

Perfect place
The apartment is super comfortable, spacious, with plenty of natural light. It has all the commodities that you can need and more. Good restaurants around as well as night life, without being noisy. It has a beautiful terrace where we had breakfast every morning. We would love to come back!

About the neighborhood
Golf Del Sur is situated in the south of the Island,offering pleasantly warm climate all year round and close the the beaches of Medano (recommended). There is a regular bus service through the island where you can visit the many varied attractions that are on offer including five championship golf courses, driving ranges, golf lessons etc. The centre of Golf Del Sur is known as sand blas or the square where there are many bars and restaurants, a chemist shop, doctor should you need one. The new Marina is very close by and the Aqua Marina restaurant opposite which I would recommend and for a great night try the Volare Cabaret Bar just down the slope. There are many day trips to local attractions/events and all are worth a try on your stay. The new water park Siam Park we would recommend and is only a short ride down the motorway. There is a good selection of bars, restaurants and shops, two supermarkets within walking distance.

How to get there
The most convenient airport for this accommodation is Tenerife South ( Reina Sofia ) Airport. Golf del Sur is only a 10 minute drive from the airport. The apartment is just 10 minutes by car from the airport and taxis are readily available. The journey costs around 15 euros.
IF DRIVING BY CAR
From the airport follow the signs for Los Cristinanos/ Playa De Las Americas.
You will drive towards the motorway (TF1) - at the top of the road don’t take the right hand lane as this will take you to Santa Cruz.
Go straight on crossing over the top of the motorway, the road bends sharp to the right & doubles back onto the motorway.
Once on the motorway keep driving until you see the first exit this is the one you will be taking drive up the incline to the roundabout at the top.
Drive all way round the roundabout to the last exit (3rd) then cross over the top of the motorway and you will see another roundabout, drive round this until the third exit (3rd) its almost straight across but slightly to the left bending right.
Once on this road continue until you see another roundabout on your right, take this one be careful it’s a funny little thing and everyone seems unsure of who’s right of way it is, take your second exit you should now be passing a garden centre on your left hand side.
Keep going you will see a fountain in the middle of a roundabout go straight across.
The road bends to the left then you come to a Y junction in the road you can only go right.
The road is now one way traffic you will pass a pharmacy on the left as the road bends to the left then to the right and back to the left again - just after this slow down and look for a right hand turning take the right hand lane and turn right.
Drive down to the bottom, turn sharp right again - drive on, the road bends to the right just after the bend slow down and look to your left you will see a large building that looks like a cruise ship called Agau Marina Apartmentos the apartment is opposite this.
