¡que buena ubicación!
Hemos estado en ese piso durante 2 semanas el año pasado con mi marido y mis dos hijos y han sido unas vacaciones inmejorables. El piso esta tan cerca de la playa que casi se puede saltar al agua desde el balcón. El piso esta muy bien, tiene todo lo necesario y los propietarios son unos encantos siempre dispuestos a echar una mano cuando hace falta. De verdad que lo aconsejo, lo hemos pasado genial y espero volver lo antes posible.

Limpio, bien situado, tranquilo,...
Apartamento limpio, bien equipado, situado en primera línea de playa junto al paseo marítimo, muy cerca de restaurantes y tiendas, y muy tranquilo, por la noche sólo se oye el ruido del mar
Si vuelvo a Matalascañas no dudaré en volver a alquilar.

Lovely place to stay, clean, marvelous see side view and access to the beach
We had a geat time as a family in the appartment at Matalascanas. The owner is very friendly, uncomplicated and the appartement was very clean with an excellent see side view and right at a large beach where you can walk for hours.
We would recommend this place anybody for a holiday!

Apartamento muy completo
Pasé allí la segunda quincena de Septiembre y la verdad es que fue todo muy bien. El apartamento está en primerísima línea de playa y aparte de ser acogedor cuenta un menaje muy completo. Una estancia muy agradable.

CUIDADO TE RAYAN EL COCHE. Peligroso y Desaconsejable.
Estuvimos alojados del 15 al 30 de agosto, una familia con tres niños. Entramos en un parking comunitario abierto, con un acceso angosto y una rampa empinada, donde siempre tocan los bajos del coche. La atencion inicial y la estancia correcta. Sin embargo conforme discurren los dias advertimos la MALA EDUCACIÓN Y ANTIPATÍA DE LOS VECINOS. No dan ni los buenos dias. Que desagradables. Lo peor es que antes de terminar nuestras vacaciones y para nuestra amarga sorpresa nos encontramos EL COCHE NUEVO CON EL CAPÓ RAYADO DE LADO A LADO. Vaya regalito que nos llevamos en el viaje de vuelta.
Han pasado 6 meses y por fin puedo arreglar los daños producidos. Por lo tanto es altamente desaconsejable cualquier alquiler en dicho bloque por la amenaza constante que suponen los actos vandálicos acometidos en esta finca por la espalda por algún VECINO CAMUFLADO en el momento en que vas a la playa tranquilamente con tus hijos para darte un baño. No merece la pena. Buscaros otra. RECORDARLO SI APRECIAIS VUESTRO COCHE.

Buenisimo
La estancia a sido muy buena ya que a sido un mes tranquilo y con muy buen tiempo.
La casa perfecta limpia con muchas toallas y utensilios de cocina, para mí opinión muy excelente.
