This apartment is part of a 3 level villa. It is the top of the house and commands superb views of the sea. It has a wonderful terrace part covered looking out to sea. The villa is in a quiet residential zone with private parking. The pool is kidney shaped and is shared with 2 other apartments. The pretty village of Moraira with its exclusive Marina and wonderful choice of restaurants. Calpe and its fishing port only 10 minutes away by car. Altea, Javea, Denia all perfect for a day out. We are a short drive from the Jalon valley where you can visit the more inland villages and sample some of the local wines and foods. Javea, Calpe, DEnia,Altea, Valencia and ALicante all well worth a visit or simply relax by the pool.

You could walk down to the supermarket but it is a long steep hill back up. A car is recommended. Taxis are available
