Home from home sums it up. Everything was perfect except the weather but it didn't stop us getting out and about but the place was so comfortable would have been happy just to sit and relax. Homemade marmalade and plums from the garden awaited us....More

This holiday cottage is located on 4.5 acres of an old farm grounds in Newton, Porthcawl. It is situated next door to the owners' property and just a ten minute walk from the huge Warren of Merthyr Mawr Sand Dunes and the Village of Newton with its three pubs a petrol station and 3 mile long Newton beach.

It is ideally located for those who are looking for outdoor activities such as walking, cycling, surfing or wind surfing as well as golf and horse riding. Within walking distance you will find several excellent pubs that offer good inexpensive food. If you prefer the more sophisticated al a carte there is a variety of restaurants and hotels situated in the centre of Porthcawl.
