We have just returned, 4 adults, from a lovely week based at this accommodation. The location is very convenient for the port, 15 mins drive. The property is situated on a quiet side road with own off road parking. We had a very warm welcome from Mr and Mrs Morand who spent time showing us around the property and how to operate the equipment. The accommodation was spotless throughout. The kitchen area was fully equipped with all modern conveniences and plenty of hot water. The lounge/dining room area had a six seater table and chairs and a 4 seater settee with television. The 2 bedrooms were of a moderate size with plenty of hanging and shelving space, the beds were very comfortable, own pillows recommended. The bathroom had a large shower with a overhead and hand held shower, toilet and hand basin, there is also a heated towel rail and plenty of hot water. The outside area was perfect for eating and socialising with a good sized gazebo, table and chairs, a bbq is provided. This property is recommended.

Wonderful Gite with all accessories that you need to make your holiday. Spotlessly clean, up to date equipment. Mr and Mrs Morand made us so welcome, in fact Mr Morand was waiting at the gate for us to arrive. Recommended as a great base for the area. First class.

Perfectly located for all things 'Normandy"...
For our first family holiday in France, this was a perfect choice. Only 10 minutes drive from the ferry we got there in time for a 15 minute walk down to the sea. Local shops just down the road, with more, and restaurants down by the beaches. Ideal for the historical sites, spent a day driving the invasion beaches and other Normandy sites. Easy access to road networks, and had two easy drives to Mt St Michel and St Malo, neither taking more than two hours.
The accommodation itself was spotlessly clean, and so well equipped we wanted for nothing. The owners were next door, and they let us in and showed us how various items worked. Off road parking, a nice secluded sitting area outside in the sunshine-perfect. I would not hesitate to recommend this location and hope to visit again.

Excellent Bungalow
The bungalow was brilliant for our disabled sons needs. Widened Doors. Shower room with Invacare Stool. Continuously hot water. The bungalow was spotlessly clean upon arrival. The owners live next door, a lovely French couple. Bread & other shops are a 20 mins walk. Sword Beach is a short drive. Caen 1/2 hr drive. The area of Normandy is wonderful to see the D.Day Beaches and numerous museums. Visited a Zoo and a Model Village. Quisterham Riva Bella the next village, is great for children with fun fairs, riding schools, sand surfing, go karting and the beach. We had the best holiday ever. Merci Mr & Mrs Morand.

Lovely central location
A lovely clean and tidy gite in a central location. Only minutes from sword beach. The owners live next door. They were a delightful couple and nothing was too much trouble.
