New charm apartment, with nice neighborhood, 300 m from the beach. In a quiet surroundings, with beautiful garden and private parking. Apartment is equipped with an air-conditioner, Cable TV, LCD TV, Wireless Internet, washing machine, dishes and cutlery, towels and sheets. Everything is included in the price. Apartment has one big double bed for two people. Welcome !

Clean, modern and very comfortable - perfect for a couple
Lovely apartment in nice coastal suburb about 4 miles south of Split. Accommodation was clean, modern and suitably-equipped with air-con, wifi, washing machine, comfy bed and decent kitchen. Nice (shared) garden to have breakfast in and hang washing! Lovely hosts (live next door) were so helpful, and friendly (altho we didn't speak each other's language!). Location is very residential, 15 minutes walk to the pleasant beach suburb of Podstrana, which has lots of nice restaurants, beaches, hotels and marinas; also close (20 mins walk) the other way to the lovely suburb of Stobrec, which again has some nice bars and restaurants overlooking the beach. Slightly tricky walk along a busy road though. Also a great tennis centre 5 minutes away. You can get to Split on the bus in about 20-30 minutes, or 15 minutes by car. We didn't know what to expect, but were pleasantly surprised by this cute little apartment. If you want glitz and luxury, this won't impress, but if you want comfort, relaxation and a lovely welcome from the hosts, this comes highly recommended.
