This beautiful traditional house of 187 m² is built in the elegant Venetian style with walls of massive Corfiot stones. It is located in the upper part of the traditional village of Skripero, enjoying stunning panoramic views, with easy access to the major beaches and Corfu Town. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a generous living space include an open kitchen and dining area, two lush gardens and a veranda with stunning views. It can generously accommodate six people, but sleeps up to eight guests including the comfortable sleeping sofa in the living room. The tastefully decorated house offers all modern amenities for a comfortable vacation. Tourist License / Licencia de turismo N °: 165770820

Kids under the age of 1 year (not walking) and over the age of 6 years allowed on the property. The balustrade of the upper veranda is not very high. There are breakable objects in most rooms. We cannot accept any liability for children climbing on and falling off the balustrade or falling down stairs etc.. We expect parents to observe that children behave in a way that the house and its interiors are not damaged. One house trained and well behaved dog, garden is not a dog toilet.

PARFAIT
Location fidèle au descriptif. Parfaitement équipée, idéale pour 6 personnes. Accueil agréable et prévenant de Fivos sur place malgré notre arrivée tardive. Par ailleurs il est très aisé de communiquer avec Sabine la propriétaire. Sur place, il y a un petit supermarché avec tout ce qu'il faut. Le petit bar du village est également très sympathique. L'île est petite, et Skipero bien situé pour rayonner tranquillement sur 15 jours. A 4 kms, à Doukades vous avez le choix entre 3 tavernes, notre préférence l'elisabeth qui propose une cuisine faite maison, simple et efficace. L'ambiance du village le soir y et très sympa. Enfin bref feu vert !

About the neighborhood
While you are away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas, you can easily access the major beaches in every direction (Paleokastritsa, Barbati, Ipsos, Agious Giorgios Pagon, Mirtiotissa and Glyfada for example). The quaint village taverna a few steps down to the church square is a nice place to mingle with the locals and enjoy an excellent coffee or drinks. Nearby, in the traditional and well-known village of Doukades we can recommend several lively and welcoming tavernas that are open year-round. There is a small supermarket in the village for your everyday needs. Corfu Town is a 15-minute drive away.
Getting around
There is a public bus to Corfu Town stopping in the village, a few minutes walk away from the house. In Corfu Town there are bus connections to the entire island. We recommend renting one or two small cars (Fiat Panda or similar) to explore the island including the beautiful villages with their narrow streets. It's also convenient for driving up to the house to offload passengers and shopping goods.

How to get there
The village of Skripero is nestled against the southfacing flank of the Pantokrater Mountain. It is easily reached from Corfu Town and airport on the main road to Sidari in the North. While there is no parking directly at the house, it is accessible with a small car (Fiat Panda or the like). The parking is a 3 minute walk away. There is a public bus to Corfu Town stopping in the village, a few minutes walk away from the house. In Corfu Town there are bus connections to the entire island.
