We had a brilliant 2 weeks stay in suncrest villa. It was nice and clean and plenty of room inside. The pool area was fantastic, lots of space to enjoy the sun all day long. Well catered for with plenty of sun beds and seating areas. The villa was really central and only few minutes walk to the main strip of Pernera. Pernera is such a nice resort, lots of lovely restaurants and bars. Jo was extremely helpful as was Paula while in resort. We would not hesitate to book Suncrest villa again.

We’ve had a fab 10days in our home from home. Perfect location by all our favourite bars and restaurants. We took advantage of the car hire and went exploring to find some fantastic beaches and also headed up to Mount Olympus! The Villa itself was perfect, good size, clean and exactly what we needed for our family. The girls loved the pool and I loved the fact I could wash all our clothes whilst on holiday so I’ve come home with very little laundry to do! We’d definitely recommend to others and would love to come again!

Been to better but few nice touches kitchen well equipped first aid kit villa was tired and dirty in areas nice pool outside dirty poor lighting outside with exposed cables furniture inside and out needs up dating beds good clean bedding etc poor access to villa for disabled would not book again although very central

Suncrest Villa surpassed all our expectations. It is much roomier than we thought it would be - clean and very airy. Chas, Jo's (Property Manager) partner was very helpful and knowledgeable about local shops and restaurants - he also sorted out the WiFi very quickly. Pernera, where the villa is located is a fantastic resort where everyone is very friendly and we didn't find a bad restaurant. To quote Arnie.. I'll be Back!

Our extended family stayed in Suncrest Villa and Villa Kallisto so that we could attend a family wedding in Ayia Napa. The villas were lovely, clean and spacious with everything we needed. Having arrived very late at night the welcome pack of breakfast food was really appreciated and Chaz's visit the next morning to check everything was ok that then turned into a mini guided tour of the town really helped us get our bearings. The villas are only a 2 minute walk from local shops and restaurants and a 5-8 minute walk to the delightful beach. We really enjoyed the board walk to Fig Tree Bay and cycling to the sculpture park in Ayia Napa along the dedicated cycle paths. Jo was very friendly and helpful throughout the booking process and arranged all the transfers and toddler equipment that we needed. We would definitely recommend these villas.

Villa is in a great location at the end of a quiet cul de sac. Only a few minutes walk to Pernera 'strip' and beach. Spacious lounge, dining and kitchen area. We had wheelchair user who had no difficulty moving about villa and outside area. Wifi and android box available if wanted. Children enjoyed swimming pool, which is not too deep. All aircon units worked well. Jo and Chaz are great management, had a problem with downstairs toilet flush & plumber arrived prompt the following morning. I would definitely recommend this villa & Cyprus Villa Lettings.

Have visited Cyprus 5 times. This is one of the best villas we've rented. Close to bars restaraunts and sea, yet secluded in a small complex. Well equipped kitchen and bedrooms with good aircon and comfy beds. The best pool!!!! Well maintained tiled pool, great BBQ. Jo and Chaz are really helpful and have a great knowledge of the area.

I stayed at this villa with my 2 children aged 7 & 8 yrs, my mum, aunt and cousin. The size of the villa was ideal for our mismatched needs. Bedrooms are ideal sizes with 3 bathrooms and an ensuite. The swimming pool was lovely with an outside shower which was ideal for washing any remaining sand still stuck to us from the beautiful local beaches which were really close by. Lots of shops and places to eat just around the corner and the local buses picked up just round the corner. Ideal location if you don't want the noise of a larger district such as Protaras but you also don't want to be out in the sticks. Jo arranged our transport to and from the airport for us and also took the time to ask if we would like them to get any groceries before we arrived - I supplied a basics list and Chaz purchased the shopping and we paid him directly. Chaz was on hand for any problems that we had and to be honest the ones that we did have were us being a little thick - I put this down to the heat :) and Jo was always available to answer any questions. The only downside to our stay would be one of the twin room beds being a roll out and it sliding around quite a bit due to tile flooring, the outside light at the front door not working (hard to use the key in the dark) and teething problems with the washing machine door. I would highly recommend this villa, location and Jo and Chaz to all.

Suncrest Villa is in a handy location for the restaurants, bars and beach - all within easy walking distance. There is ample seating within the villa and the air conditioning was a welcome relief from the August sun. I travelled with my husband, teenage son and spritely mother who all enjoyed the location - especially the breakfast at Koko's around the corner (thank you Jo for your suggestion). We didn't take up the offer of the car hire from Jo which in hindsight would have been a much better idea - a lot cheaper and more convenient than Europacar (but I will save that for another post). Unfortunately I still had to work whilst one holiday but the wifi made this extremely easy, giving me more time to enjoy my hols and explore the area. We went for an evening stroll along the boardwalk and stopped for dinner at one of the many restaurants - the views were stunning (ideal for people watching). All in all a very good base for a holiday in Pernera. I would love to have given it 5 stars, the only reason I didn't is because there is no shade at all around the pool area. If you love full sun, this is the perfect villa. Jo is always on hand if you have any problems. It was nice that she popped in to see us to make sure all was well.
