Had an amazing family holiday in Esperos Villa. Mark and Kat were brilliant, answered every question I had, arranged transfers, the villa was first class as was the pool. It was clean with a fully equipped kitchen. Pool cleaned twice a week. Air Con for the hot evenings, welcome pack, information pack with lots of information on nearby beaches, places of interest, maps etc, had everything to make our stay comfortable. Our young adults had the most fun time using the pool, it was fun and relaxing. Wouldn’t hesitate to book with Mark and Kat again. Thank you so much to you both !

Finally got here, almost 3 years after booking, lovely villa with a good sized pool, the only reason i wouldn't grade it as excellent was the family bathroom was tired. Ideally placed for both Pernera and Protaras, we found more than enough nice places to eat in Pernera, especially Java and Sizzlers

After several false starts due to covid we were so happy to return after 2,5 years. The villa is ideal for chilling around the lovely pool which is looked after by Alan and Karen, who visit twice a week, or walking to many sandy beaches which are all within 30 minutes . The villa has had a few changes since our last visit. New fencing making it extremely private, new blinds and a repaint. The kitchen is verywell equipped with everything you need to prepare meals should you wish along with a great brick BBQ. Lots of fabulous restaurants within a few minutes of the villa. Blue Spice remains our favourite but Doma and Novelo are excellent too. Gary and I love Cyprus and we have been visitors to the island for the past 18 years and for us, we think this villa is perfect and by far the best one we have stayed in. Stayed at this villa for 2 weeks start of August 2021. Ideal location for beach and Protarus strip. Lovely spacious villa with plenty of cooking utensils. Welcome pack was a nice surprise. Pool area has full sun all day long until 5.00 pm. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent, super clean and comfortable villa at a great location with walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. Very well maintained pool area, with a BBQ and parking space. Firstly I want to say that Mark and Kat have been great to deal with from start to finish, very flexible and nothing was an issue. The villa is very clean and has all the bells and whistles, satellite TV, Bose speaker etc. If I have a couple of issues the road noise seemed more noticeable this time and a cockerel in the distance that I couldn't quite catch. All in all a great holiday.

What can I say ... this is our 5th holiday in this lovely villa and already booked for next year! It’s in a fabulous location with 5 beaches to walk too from small coves to the stunning beach at Protarus and the famous Fig Tree Bay ( about 30minutes away) The pool at the villa is very well maintained by Alan & Karen and is great to have an early morning dip or to cook off af a hot day on the beach - love the new pool light Mark. The villa is very clean and well equipped and can’t think of any thing missing. Should you wish to go out in the evening there are amazing restaurants to try - our personal favourites are Blue Spice and for fish lovers Kalamines set right on the water edge.

We stayed at the villa for two weeks and had a wonderful time. Our ages ranged from 9 to 65 and we all loved our stay. The villa, its facilities and the surrounding area were fantastic. We loved the outside area using the pool every day and into the evenings and even managed to fit in a few BBQ's. There are lots of great restaurants and things to do nearby as well as the beach being within walking distance. Nothing was too much trouble for Mark who was always very responsive if we had a question.

We have just spent 2 weeks at this villa and had a great time.it is in an ideal location just a short walk to protaras and pernera.the villa has everything you need and the pool is a good size and there was 5 adults in our party. Would definitely recommend this villa 4/5 only draw back noise from the main road during the day from buggys and quad bike.

Esperos is comfortable Villa, with great pool near to the best Beaches in Protaras. We really enjoyed to stay there for 12 days!
