We stayed at the end of June for 10 nights and the villas was fantastic. The villa had every amenity possible. The pool was larger than the majority of villa pools in the area. The kids loved the table tennis table! You are a 2 minute walk to all restaurants and bars and supermarkets. We love this area a it is safe for children and have been coming here for years. The beach is a 2 minute walk and is a stunning beach with beach bar and clear water. For us this is the perfect holiday destination and we would definitely stay in this beautiful villa again!

Fantastic Stay
This villa is ideally located for a stay in Pernera, minutes from the beach, shops and restaurants and has a back gate that gives easy access to the road were there are supermarkets etc.
The Villa has all modern appliances and the pool is simply fantastic for cooling off and having a good swim due to its size.
When we arrived in Larnaca we had a water issue so couldn't stay for a night and were put up in another villa and I have to thank Daryll in the UK and Paul the manager in Cyprus for sorting all the issues and taxis while the issue was sorted and they were always at the end of the phone for queries that we had.
I would really recommend staying at this villa I will definitely be back to stay here in the future.

Fabulous
We are a family of 4 who have travelled widely and seek comfort and luxury in the places we stay.
We would highly recommend this villa, not only for its position and quality, but the customer service you receive from Daryl and Paul.
The villa itself is extremely clean and well maintained, and has lots of extra touches other villas don’t provide. The welcome pack and basic toiletries mean you don't have to run to the supermarket as a priority.
The outside space is huge and well maintained with the most beautiful pool, plenty of loungers and sun all day.
The villa is central in the resort and easy walking to the beach and restaurants.

Fantastic family holiday
The Villa far exceeded our expectations, it is modern, beautifully and fully furnished and very clean. The pool was larger than expected, and big enough to fit our numerous inflatables! The beach literally is a 2 - 3 minute walk from the Villa. Shops and bars are all easily walkable, Protaras and Ayia Napa are just a short bus drive away. The run up to the holiday was also exceptional, any queries we had re the Villa were answered promptly and we were met by Paul, who waited to show us around the Villa even though our flight into Cyprus was delayed. Certainly one of our best holidays, we loved it and are looking to book again for next Summer.

Great villa for family holiday
Have rented villas in Cyprus for the last few years and this is certainly a lovely villa. Pool is great and there was a lovely breeze most of the time. Didn’t need to contact Paul as everything was perfect. Will definitely think about staying here again if we come back to Pernera.

Lovely Villa, Great position
We stayed at Villa Athena in September, the Villa has all mod cons, large well maintained pool and excellent position for bars, restaurants and the beach.
Made all the better by the service we received from Paul the Villa Manager.
We could not fault the interior up or down.
Having stayed in many Villas in and around this area for the last 14 years we will put this Villa and location very high on our list.
We will book again for 2019.

An absolute gem
We had a lovely stay. The villa is lovely and the outside space perfect. Villa was so close to all the amenities, just a minute walk to shops and restaurants and a minute to the lovely beach. We all loved lying in the hammock in the shade and reading a book or having a nap. Very relaxing. Although there is a path behind the garden we rarely saw anybody walking by so the pool area feels very private.
Paul was on hand for anything we needed and any questions we had. Taxi to Protaras was only €8 if we fancied something a little more lively and mini golf/entertainment for the children plus lots more bars/restaurants.
Pernera itself is really peaceful and everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Would absolutely visit again

Relaxing, all we needed
Visited for the 2nd year, I love the location and the Villa. It's home from for us now. Has all the home comforts and washed all clothes before we came home. One negative is the TV in the bedroom still doesn't have any channels for the 2nd year in a row.

Amazing place,so tranquil.
My wife & i stayed here with another married couple,from late May to early June.
Upon entering the villa we were greeted by the villa caretaker Paul,who showed us in.
There were some nice little touches,upon arrival,such as a four pack of lager in the fridge,next to some butter,milk,a loaf of bread,& some Cherry jam.
The villa was spotlesly clean,& the pool was very welcoming,as was the barbeque,on which we cooked many a fine meal on throughout our stay.
The beach was also just a thirty second stroll out of the villa's back gate,if you like to spend your days at the beach.
The villa was also nice & close to the various shops,pubs,& taverna's.
I can strongly reccomend 'Knights Pub',for good food & drinks.
Pernera,& Protaras are just a fifteen minute bus ride away in either direction,depending on where you fancied going.
All in all i would highley reccomend this villa to anyone,wether it be couples,or couples with kids,they cater for everyone
Well done to Daryl,who kept communication up to speed all the way,& to paul who upon arrival made us feel very welcome.

Beautiful Villa
We have just returned from a fabulous 10 day break at this beautiful villa. The villa has everything you need including a large pool. The back gate to the beach was so handy too. You can walk everywhere and no need to hire a car. So many nice restaurants close by from Gusto to Mojito and Knights Bar is always busy too! Thanks a million to Paul for really looking after us during our stay and the whole booking process was slick with Daryl. Thanks again.

Pernera beach is a beautiful, secluded bay with many attractions including diving centre, water sports centre, bars an restaurants and newly constructed board walk around the bay to the Protaras area.
A selection of traditional Cypriot restaurants as well as other well known European cuisine.
Nearby water park, marine zoo, historical sites, walking in the local national park (Cape Greko) with sea caves.

How to get there
The Athena beach villa is located on the South East coast of Cyprus in the beautiful resort of Pernera adjacent to Protaras.
How to get here: From Larnaca airport the villa is a 50 minute transfer (approx 60 kilometes) by road. There are a number of transfer options available including private car hire (from Larnaca airport), taxi or via an organised collection. Our resort based property manager can organise pick ups at the best rates on your behalf and will be available by telephone from the moment you land to provide assistance if required.
Car hire: There are a number of well known car hire companies located at Larnaca airport and prices start from around £120 (mid to high season) for a small vehicle.
Directions: Turn by turn directions can be provided by email or post prior to your vacation including maps and alternative routes.
