There is furniture for lounging and dining and an electric BBQ on the large South facing terrace. There are two further small balconies, one off the main bedroom and one of f the lounge.<BR>En suite is a shower room.<BR><BR>A washing machine, tumble dryer, and ski locker are available in the basement, as is a games room with table tennis and table football. (Bats etc in the flat.)<BR>Bose Ipod docking station in lounge.<BR>

About the neighborhood
In Winter Gryon/Villars is a typical family ski resort and is a good base for the many snow based activities on offer in the area: 160km of down hill skiing, iceskating, snowshoeing, cross country skiing and toboganning.<BR>Once the snow melts the spring flowers can be enjoyed from the miles of designated mountain trails accompanied by the sound of the cow bells. For the more active there are mountain bike trails, paragliding, tennis courts, swimming pools and the Villars golf course with its spectacular mountain views.<BR>
