Great Condo
I had a great time at Sapphire Beach. It was in a prime location in St. Lawrence Gap. My family and I did not have to travel far for the nightlife. The only negative thing I can say is no fault on Sapphire Beach themselves but at the time of staying, the beach, which is conveniently located to the back of the hotel, was pretty bad because of the copious amounts of seaweed. Our host did tell us of locations on the island where the beaches were not affected by the seaweed. It was just a slight inconvenience to travel there being that I was traveling alongside 13 other people.

The seaweed is an unfortunate act of nature that we hope will clear up in the near future - but as you stated, there are many other beaches on island that are not affected by it! Seaside delight
Our condo, location and the beach all met our high expectations. Clean and spacious, our 3 BR condo was a perfect fit for our family.

Wonderful Accommodations
Sapphire Beach 511 is a spacious very well equipped condo with a fantastic view. The beach immediately out front was very nice. The condo is very well located in the St. Lawrence Gap area and convenient to bars, restaurants and more. While it was nice to have the pools, their shape and width don't make them conducive to swimming. With just two or three people in the pool they felt crowded. The condo doesn't include their own beach chairs and so you have to arrange on your own from the beach vendor (not a big deal to do). The couch/chairs in the living room weren't as comfortable as they looked in the photos, should consider upgrading. Otherwise we were very pleased with the condo.

Perfect Vacation
Barbados is the most perfect island in the caribbean. From the beaches, to the water, to the activities, to the food and to the people, you couldn't ask for a better vacation spot! To top it all off, Sapphire Beach condos are everything you could imagine and more. The condo was perfectly equipped and in the perfect location. This is my second vacation in Barbados and second time staying at Sapphire Beach. I wouldn't stay anywhere else! We stayed in unit 511 this time around and it couldn't have been any better. Thank you to the owners and management staff for making our trip absolutely fantastic!
