The villa is one of the three independent villas of the complex Rathimata Villas.
Villa Ialeira has 2 bedrooms and a family bathroom on ground floor. On first floor the living area is open to the dining area and to the fully equipped kitchen.
Situated on a 4000 m2 secluded plot enjoying a private swimming pool overlooking Messinian Gulf offers privacy and panoramic sea views with spectacular sunsets.

The air conditioning must be used with the glass doors closed. If you are not in the house you must close the air conditioning units.
The private pool is not gated, therefore the parents must supervise all time the children around the pool area and during swimming. The pregnant woman must ask their doctor before using the pool. No diving. No swimming under the influence of alcohol. No lifeguard on duty. People with injuries or skin diseases do not use the pool.

Wonderful villa in a peaceful place
Very nice villa, clean and tastefully decorated. Plenty of room for four people and great for a couple. The sunset view is wonderful. Swimming pool is quite nice, fair size and deep. The location is also very convenient as it is located above Stoupa, very close to Ayios Nikolaos and not far from Kardamyli. The owner Mr. Barlas is very friendly and kind, willing to give you tips regarding the area and nearby points of interest as well as restaurant recommendations etc.
A place that will definitely stay again in my next visit to the area.

Wonderfully clean villa with good sized pool
Villa Ialeria is spotlessly clean and as soon as you walk in you can see wonderful views of the sea. It is well laid out, the kitchen has all accessories you could need and all are well cared for and look new. The top balcony is great for watching the sunsets and the lower verandah is great for the day when you want some shade. Bedrooms are a good size and lead out to the lower area. The pool is a good size - perfect for lengths. The area around the pool is great for relaxing.
Lots of restaurants within a short drive both in Stoupa and Agios Nikolaos as well as beaches and cultural sites.
Akis is a great host and very helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we hope to return soon.

Great location, great house & particulary great hosting
We are repeat offenders and visited the wonderful villas for the second time. And again we were not disappointed!
At this point we would like to thank you very much!
First, Akis is a great host and we were impressed by your welcome gift (cold beer, water and a bottle of wine). PERFECT!
Everything was as we had imagined. Greece, especially Pelopenes, is a great country that we will probably visit again soon.
The villa with the pool is a dream.
Nothing is missing, even the items such as laundry, towels, dishes, spices, etc. are all available. There is nothing missing.
The decor of the house is very functional and timeless, but also very solid.
All in all - a perfect hostage, service and cleaning = 100% +++ recommendation !!!

Amazing views, beautiful villa, wonderful pool.
A really nice welcome from the owner Akis. Great communication before and during our stay. The villa has superb sea and mountain views. It's nice and cosy with everything you need. Great terraces to sit and watch the sunsets. Fab pool area with the sun all day long. Very comfortable beds and spotlessly clean throughout. The perfect retreat after a day at the beach or exploring the local countryside. It's a lovely traditional area with lots of Greek families on their holidays in Stoupa and Agios Nikolas, which are not far away with some really nice restaurants. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

Perfect villa with amazing view
Amazing villa in an ideal location with breathtaking sea view and a swimming pool to enjoy this whole scenery while swimming. The house is stylish and comfortable, plus our communication with Akis, the owner, was excellent.
Highly recommended, probably the best way to enjoy your holidays in Stoupa, Greece.

Excellent villa.
Well designed, very clean and charmingly decorated with a nice pool and lovely views. Comfortable beds with good linen and towels
Cleaner mid stay. WiFi, TV, proper oven,hob,toaster, and kettle but alas no dishwasher.
Akis the owner is efficient, friendly and helpful.
I can highly recommend this villa.

Amazing villa
This villa is fantastic!!
It has stunning views and is located in a lovely, peaceful setting. The villa is so thoughtfully and beautifully designed with clever touches such as alcoves outside for candles and an outdoor BBQ. The two terraces - one uncovered at the top of the villa is perfect for breakfast and watching the night sky, the other on the ground floor is covered and ideal for relaxing out of the sun or for dinner.
The pool is brilliant!! What a view! Just great. You’ll need a car, as the hill up from Stoupa is long and quite steep at times, but we didn’t find the 5min drive a problem at all.
Highly recommend this villa.

Lovely, inviting house with fabulous views
A wonderful, quiet spot set up in the hills just a short drive from Stoupa and Ag. Nic. where there are great restaurants, shops and beautiful beaches. Fabulous, unspoilt location - Dramatic mountain range leading down to a spectacular coastline. We had such a great holiday here - All the boxes were ticked. We were unable to meet Akis but the icing on the cake was his sister Christina who looked after us instead! We were greeted like long-lost friends and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Christina for all your kindness and friendship. Can't wait to come back!

Great Location
We love the Peloponese and had been to Gialova last year.
The villa was fabulous, clean spacious and easy to get to and Akis the owner was always available if needed. Great wi-fi as we listen to the radio when by the pool.
Stoupa is very busy, and there are loads of little mountain villages nearby to explore with Kardimili, a lovely village, being a 10 minute drive away. We are a couple nearing our 60s and couldn't fault the accommodation.

Franchement cette maison est aussi belle que sur le site. Nous avons passé 15 jours magnifiques. le propriétaire est très attentionné et la dame de ménage qui vient tous les 5 jours est impeccable.
La maison est spacieuse et tout est fait pour que nous soyons bien. Nous avons eu en cette période un peu trop de pluie à notre goût mais ça nous ne pouvons rien y faire.
La région est calme et surtout pas snob, très simple.
Bref semaine de repos et bons petits restos.
