The air conditioning must be used with the glass doors closed. If you are not in the house you must close the air conditioning units.
The private pool is not gated, therefore the parents must supervise all time the children around the pool area and during swimming. The pregnant woman must ask their doctor before using the pool. No diving. No swimming under the influence of alcohol. No lifeguard on duty. People with injuries or skin diseases do not use the pool.
This villa has everything. Beautiful views, lovely pool, comfortable beds and a friendly owner. We have been back to this villa several times and will keep going.

Perfect location with stunning view
The location is amazing. The house is perfectly clean, very well equipped, Aircondition worked fine and the pool is great. The sea view from the terraces and from the pool is absolutely amazing, spectacular sunsets included. Akis was a wonderful host. We hope to come back again soon!

Η τοποθεσία της κατοικίας είναι πολύ καλή και προσφέρει φανταστική θέα. Το σπίτι είναι προσεγμένο, φροντισμένο, με πολύ ωραίους χώρους και καλές παροχές. Θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά και ήταν ίσως η καλύτερή μας διαμονή.

Perfect Break
Visited Mani for a second time .Stayed in Arsinoi for a week.It was the first time we visited this side of the peninsula and we had a great time. The villa had a stunning view and it was very well kept. The pictures make justice to what you see on arrival, which made us very happy.Akis, the owner, was very friendly and always there when we needed him.Very happy to visit again.

Stunning!!
We cannot praise this location enough. The owner, Akis, is more than helpful, speaks excellent english and is only a phone call away should you have any problems. The villa is set in a stunning location, the panorama from the terrace has to be seen to be believed. Excellent amenities, full cooker, washing machine everything you would need. You are only a short 5 minute ride from Stoupa itself, but, you would need a car (unless you are an experienced 'fell runner') It is beautiful.

Beautiful villa with stunning view.
The villa is spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable, we stayed there for the second time and after staying in other villas we consider this as one of the best. The furnishings and equipment ( washer, microwave etc) are good quality and modern, the location is peaceful and quiet but local amenities are easily accessed. The owner is friendly and helpful, speaking excellent English.

Beautiful Villa,with spectacular views
My wife and I,having recently spent 2 weeks at the Villa Arsinoi, would enthusiastically recommend anyone to experience this beautiful Villa and surroundings.
We were met in Stoupa by the owner Akis,and he took us to the the Villa where we would be staying.Akis spoke very good English,and could,nt have been more helpful.
The villa is fairly high up in the mountains,so I would say a car is essential.The villa is approached via a steep driveway,but you soon get used to it.It is surrounded by lovely gardens,with many kinds of flowers and cacti.It is a two storey building,with a large wrap around terrace on the ground floor to two sides,complete with outside table and sunbeds.Upstairs there are two further terraces.The house was spotless,and really well equipped with all that you will need.The furniture is really comfy,and we settled in immediately.All mod cons are present,along with the all important Air Conditioning.(Plus Wi-Fi).
The views out over Stoupa,and the bay are breathtaking,and you would hard pressed to surpass them,along with the most beautiful sunsets.
If you are looking for a relaxing quite,and stunning location,then the Villa Arsinoi is hard to beat.
My wife and I can highly recommend this property,along with meeting the owner Akis.

Beautiful villa with a stunning view
This villa has an amazing view and is well furnished with nice touches and everything you need for your stay. Akis is very welcoming and couldn't be more helpful. We had a fantastic holiday and it's a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the sunsets.

About the neighborhood
STOUPA is a seaside village in West Mani region gifted with stunning sandy beaches which stretch along the coast line.
It's packed with great restaurants, seafood taverns, Greek taverns, cafes, pubs and nightclubs, as well as with plenty of shops and all kind of services.
But Stoupa is not only about family holidays. It is the gateway for exploring the magnificent scenery of Mani on foot, by bike or by car and the ancient sites of Ancient Messini, Spartas, Mistra and Olympia, are easily reached from here.
Villa Arsinoi is in the middle of a very beautiful area. Along the coast there are several other seaside villages to visit like Kardimili, Agios Nikolaos, Agios Dimitrios and Trachila. Each is unique and all are well worth a visit.

Walking Holidays : There are many old footpaths and the beautiful Vyrou and Noupanti Gorges.
Cycling holidays : There is a paved path along the coastline between Stoupa and Agios Nikolaos. It is specifically for either pedestrian or bicycle use, and is about 2 km in length. It offers wonderful sea views with a mountain background.
Diving holidays : In Kardamili village you will find the Kardamili Diving Center which will give you the opportunity to discover the wonders of the underwater life.
Off-Road holidays : Vassiliki Forest, one of the greater black pine forests in Europe, is easily accessible with an SUV from Saidona and Milia villages, an alternative way to wander in Taygetos mountain.
In a distance from 1 to15 km. from villa Phoebe there are lovely mountain villages to explore like Tseria, Exochori, Saidona, Proastio, Kastania, Pyrgos, Niohori, Milia,Platsa, Langada and Nomitsi, that take you back in time to 60 years ago. Most of them have a small taverna or two where you can stop and enjoy dishes prepared with local products. Towers and tower houses from past times that still smell gun powder create a fairy-tale scenery that brings the visitor back many centuries.
MANI is unique in the splendour of its scenery and in its architecture (fortified towers, towerhouses, byzantine churches and chapels) and Stoupa is the ideal centre for the discovery of the area.
More than 200 Byzantine and post Byzantine small churches with magnificent frescoes are scattered in the greater Mani area.
Worth visiting are also the famous Mani towers such as Douraki at Kastania, Kitriniari at Exohori, Mourtzinou at old Kardamyli and Christea at Ag. Dimitrios.
At St Dimitrios village the unexplored Katafygi Cave (7 km).
The world famous Dirou Cave (30 km).
Mistras Byzantine castle city (98 km).
