Our beautiful apartment is located in the east part of the city center the best area in Kos town . Everything is near ,supermarkets ,pharmacy ,laundry, cafes, restaurants ,bars ,beach bars just 50 meters from the appartement. You don't need a car at all.Everything in walking distance. Also 50 meters from the main beach of Kos. The brand new apartment is recently constructed. The apartment lies just 500 meters from the main square of Kos town (Liberty Square). You can park your car with safety just in front of the building.
Kos town is visited by thousands of tourists from all over the world every year.
It has a nice view to the green yards . I am certain that our clean, comfortable and sun filled apartment will greatly enhance your Kos experience.

The size of the apartment is very convenient, all the rooms are normal, you will feel very comfortable.
You will get clean and fresh linens and towels. Bedrooms are furnished with full size bed and closet. There is a normal living room with satellite TV , one bedroom , family bathroom and two balconies with chairs and tables. The kitchen is fully equipped . The windows are all double glazed and with the thick walls it really is a cool house in the summer and a warm house in the winter. The best part of the house are the two balconies. You can enjoy unforgettable sunsets by sitting on them having your drinks or coffees.

Modern appartement in the heart of the City
Modern , cozy and spacious appartement. We were getting our towels and in 50 meters we were in the most cosmopolitan beach of Kos. All restaurants . bars .cafes are near. Best choice for your holiday. Very cheap price for what you get. We didn't need car or motorbike. Everything in walking distance. Totally recomended

Not at all what was advertised,very disappointed
As the advertised apartment was having repairs done,my sister and I were offered the other apartment owned by Georgios.We accepted this as an alternative.
Unfortunately not suitable at all.,despite paying the same amount.
Having offered to pick us up at the airport for 20 € we accepted,but should have just taken an airport cab,as on arriving he informed us he could not lift cases due to a sore back.
On driving to the apartment he asked me if we were a couple,despite when corresponding I had informed him we were sisters.He then had to telephone ahead to inform someone to put another bed in the room.
On arriving to the apartment we were faced with a staircase of 30 steps to the front door and a further 20 to the apartment,carrying our own luggage.
When entering the apartment we were shocked at the size of it,very small despite having two balconies.The bedroom had one double bed and a single bed that had obviously been the additional bed .The air conditioner had a strong unpleasant smell coming from it,which was fixed the following day..All in all not a great deal to rave about this apartment,thank goodness it was only two nights stay.
