Ideally situated in the prestigious surroundings of Paseo Maritimo, the apartment provides easy access to the fashionable restaurants, bars and boutiques of Marina Botafoc. Personal favourites are the well established healthy eatery Passion Cafe and Pantry downstairs and the Pizza at the Talamanca beach club.

Talamanca beach is only a few minutes away on foot and provides a great place to start the day with a refreshing swim followed rest and relaxation and a choice of a variety of bar and restaurants along the beach.

For evening excursions into the “old town” a fabulously enjoyable taxi boat provides a wonderful view of the town from the water during the summer months. The taxi boat leaves every half hour from the Marina or Leo.

We booked the apartment for a stay on business purpose for 3 media technicians. The apartment war very clean and well equiped with anything needed. Nikki, the property manager, was very nice and supported us whenever needed. The property owner, Sophie, to whom we had a lovely mail contact during booking, returned the security deposit within 2 days after departure....

Nice stay in ibiza,been before.Decent apartment!! All good apart from when we were leaving the managing agent was late and our taxi to airport was waiting so he told us to lock apartment and he would transfer our 500 euro deposit back through bank transfer..How stupid of us to do this!!!Next day we get an email accusing us of stealing...

We use a longstanding and reputable property management company to manage our apartment rentals on our behalf. We rely solely on their agents to represent us when dealing with guests who stay in our apartment. There is a script which is repeated on every check in by the property manager and one point is that there is a locked cupboard...

There is a spacious living room with dining area leading to the large terrace approx 30m2 furnished with a very chic post modern outdoor table designed by a local Ibizian artist that is perfect for evening drinks with friends before heading out for the night.

The three bedrooms have all been fitted with cherry wood wardrobes throughout but furnished to have their own distinct character. The Master bedroom is wonderfully spacious super king sized bed, second bedroom is arranged as a twin (although the beds can be put together if desired to make a double), third bedroom is a double.
