There is a stylish, fully equipped kitchen and dining room with a large table to enjoy hosting for your family or friends. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.
The villa is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.
Outside the private terrace area surrounds a freeform, private swimming pool with a built-in barbeque, perfect to enjoy al fresco dining with a glass of wine whilst admiring the beautiful sun set.
This villa has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 8.
In the first bedroom, you will find a king double bed and In the next bedroom, there is a king double bed.
The third bedroom contains a two single beds.
The fourth bedroom contains a double bed.
There are 3 bathrooms.
The first bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
The next bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
The third bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are on-site parking facilities available at the property.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
A very nice, clean villa in a complex of similar villas.
Unfortunately there are 2 not 3 shower rooms, 2 bedrooms share a jack and gill type toilet and whb .
The twin bedroom does not have air conditioning.
Full use is made of the available space, with pool with pool cover, heating available, seating area, sun beds, bar and bbq.
Kitchen is compact with a dishwasher and large fridge freezer, laundry room.
Handy washing line to side.
Surrounded by similar villas, not busy when we went in late Sept/early Oct, overlooked by others.
Directions to find villa not at all clear, car parking in various locations around complex, area has steps and slopes in all directions.
Excellent restaurant/bar La Terrazza on outskirts, wish we’d found it earlier.
Local area has many restaurants and bars, again slopes in all directions.
Would have given higher score had the property description been more accurate, specifically wanted 3 shower rooms and air conditioning in all bedrooms.
Lovely sea views, sunsets amazing.l
