From the pool terrace we enter the amazing open-concept living room which also includes the dining area and the kitchen. It is decorated with a great style characterised by modern lines and warm and soft colours. You can rest at the sofa while watching the Smart TV and refreshing with the air conditioning. The dining area has capacity for 6 people. It is separated from the kitchen by a bar with high stools. The kitchen is small but well equipped. It includes a ceramic hob, an oven and a dishwasher among others. On this floor you will also find a little toilet with a basin and a WC. In addition, you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board in the house. Going upstairs there is a relax area which offers a sofa and a desk. the ideal place if you want o read a book or if you need to connect with your work for some hours. Besides, the sofa turns into a double sofa bed for the extra guests to sleep. There rae two bedrooms for the rest of people. The first one has two single beds and the last one has a double bed and exit to the terrace. Both offer a closet. A shower bathroom completes the accommodation. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and a high chair are also available. The house is also equipped with air-conditioning and heat-pump by ducts. This house is only 280 from the beach of S'Illot. It counts with a medium sandy extension and it is ideal for families. You will find all basic services for an independent stay in the village, some supermarkets,bars and restaurants. Porto Cristo is very near, and there you will also find everything you may need. Once you reach s'Illot you can visit the talaiotic village with the same name (1100 BC), at about 200 metres from the beach and declared National Monument in 1964. Jacuzzi reaches no more than 31ºC Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. Consult the advertiser for possible charges.
