• Suncoast Apartments (2 Bedrooms, 2 Private Baths) are located at 1595 Bodden Town Road (about 2 miles east of Boddentown) on the south coast of Grand Cayman. It is about a 10 mile ride from Seven Mile Beach and approximately 8 miles from the airport. There are only 4 apartments in the building. The closest neighbors are about 400 yards away. We are in a very safe neighborhood, on the main coast road with direct access to the Caribbean Sea. The reef is about 100 yards offshore. Here you will find plenty of room, all the amenities (but no pool) and a geographical location perfect for exploring ALL that Cayman has to offer. The sound of the waves on the reef at night is magnificent. We have some of the best snorkeling, kayaking and paddle boarding in Grand Cayman. We provide a kayak and snorkel gear (2 sets) for our guests (I will need you to sign a disclaimer in order to use). We are 2 miles to a very fine restaurant (Lighthouse Club) and minutes to East End (10), North Side(10), and Rum Point (15). There are Public Beaches in each village; I consider the beaches at Rum Point the finest on the island (much less crowded than SMB). Spotts Beach is a local favorite (almost empty on weekdays!) and about 7 minutes away. East End has a number of very fine Diving Resorts (and a gem of a restaurant, Tukka); also a great Happy Hour at Eagle Ray's. Another gem, The Cayman Islands Royal Botanic Park is less than 10 minutes away. Also nearby is old Pedro St. James, a re-built pirates residence. Crystal Caves, a caving adventure, just opened in the Northside area. Google any of these names +Cayman for more info. Countryside Shopping Center is about 5 miles from us (you will pass it on your way from the airport; good time to stock up on any necessities for your stay). There you will find a full Grocery store (NOT open on Sundays!), Pharmacy, Bank, Wine & Liquor, etc. as well as a Wendy's, Domino's, Subway, etc. Georgetown and Seven Mile Beach (SMB) are about a fifteen minute drive away. Visitors staying on SMB drive to this side of the island for 'true Cayman atmosphere'; to sample Cayman food and meet Caymanians. They return to SMB - wishing they had stayed with us.... Perfect Island condo getaway!!
The condo was a great value for a great price, perfect and nice location. Steps way from the beach. Wonderful!!!

Perfect 50th B-Day Home
We loved this place. We stayed for 9 nights and never had an issue. The location, for us, was perfect. It is outside the main tourist zone which is great. You have a short hop across the road to what is basically a private shore area. We ate breakfast and swam here in the mornings then watched the night sky in the evenings. You are in a perfect mid-spot to explore the South, East and North of the island. I would venture to say it is much more rewarding than staying in the 7 Mile zone. The apartment itself was very clean, very quite with comfortable furniture and beds. We used the kitchen everyday and the washer and dryer twice. The entire Apt complex is only 4 units. Very quiet peaceful location with furniture on the patio and end the yard to enjoy the climate. Kitchen is fully stocked with pans, pots, utensils, coffee maker etc.. You will not lack for tools. Water pressure is great, A/C runs like a champion. No mold, No stains, nothing broken. Clyde was very responsive and helpful. Like an idiot, I locked the key in the house one day. Clyde was on top of it and made sure to resolve the issue. Never at a loss for contact our help. In short, we love this place and would stay her again in a heartbeat.
