Under New ownership, Las Palmeras 3 - Apartment 5 is located in a quiet but very central area of Puerto Del Carmen in a pleasant, safe and secure complex of apartments. It is very convenient for the main area of Playa Grande beach and the many shops, bars and fantastic restaurants that line the main promenade and the old town harbour. Supermarkets are just a few minutes stroll away and there is a mini market just around the corner from the apartments. The airport is a 10 minute taxi transfer away. There is a large cool bedroom with large twin beds and special comfort mattresses. Brand New furniture and furnishings ensure it is clean and fresh. A modern bathroom with new walk in rainfall shower and washbasin – towels are provided free of charge and a washing machine. The fully fitte...

A GREAT STAY

A real home from home in the sun. The apartment had everything we needed for a great stay, there’s even a washing machine. Located near all the bars and restaurants, but far enough away to enjoy a peaceful stay. Great communication from the owners, so when we got there, we walked straight into the apartment. All the apartments are privately owned and there’s a friendly vibe around the apartments. We’ve already booked for next year
