This charming five bedroom, four bath Villa is located in the delightful “clifftop” area of the old town of Puerto del Carmen. It has recently been renovated and refurbished to the highest standard, and comfort, luxury and elegance await you on your visit. This spacious villa is brightly decorated and comfortably furnished throughout, with plenty of light filtering through from the patio doors which lead you to the pool area and covered terraces. The Old Town, with its traditional bars and restaurants, and Playa Chica beach is a 10-minute stroll away. With the “clifftop” walk just yards away from the villa, you can take the coastal route with fantastic views to the very popular marina of Puerto Calero. The New Town, with its sandy beaches and modern night-life is also within 20 minute...This charming five bedroom, four bath Villa is located in the delightful “clifftop” area of the old town of Puerto del Carmen. The Old Town, with its traditional bars and restaurants, and Playa Chica beach is a 10-minute stroll away. With the “clifftop” walk just yards away from the villa, you can take the coastal route with fantastic views to the very popular marina of Puerto Calero. The New Town, with its sandy beaches and modern night-life is also within 20 minutes’ walk. As you enter the villa, you will find the reception area with seating for up to four people. Continuing through the reception area you will find the open-plan lounge, dining area and kitchen. The lounge area is made for relaxation! It is equipped with comfortable, stylish sofas and armchairs and a modern entertainment system including a 52-inch HDTV screen with multiple channels (including English, Irish and Netflix). There is full access to WiFi through the Villa. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern appliances needed for your stay, including a full fridge. The adjoining dining area includes a large dining table with seating for up to 10 people. There are two triple sliding doors leading out onto the pool/patio area. Another triple sliding doors leads out to the BBQ area. The Villa has a large patio area that is surrounded by trees and hedges to ensure your privacy. You can relax in the sunshine on the sun loungers, with the beach towels and parasols provided. The saltwater pool is rectangular in shape and measures 7m x 4 m, with a depth range of 1.0m – 1.5m. It is accessed via Roman steps and is electrically heated during the winter. The pool is illuminated at night. For your added comfort there is a pool side solar-heated shower. For al-fresco cooking and dining there is a built-in charcoal BBQ and seating for up to 14 people. This area also has a washing machine and fridge freezer. An outdoor pool table adds an extra element to the entertainment possibilities. Casa Juliet has five bedrooms and sleeps up to 14 people. This accommodation consists of two master bedrooms with ensuite, one triple bedroom with ensuite, a family bedroom and a double bedroom. Modern state-of-the-art security alarm systems, and two safes are installed to ensure your peace of mind during your stay. All windows throughout the villa have a safety opening position, so you can open them during the night but still feel secure. Smoking is not permitted indoors. Ash trays are provided adjacent to the patio area, which you are respectfully asked to use should you wish to smoke. BEST VILLA IN LANZAROTE!
Casa Juliet was AMAZING!! This villa was luxurious and in a great area. Quiet when it needs to be and not far away from the night life at all. from the owners to the maintenance team, everyone made our trip amazing!! Cannot recommend this villa highly enough. Thank you so much ❤️

Highly Recommend
Just returned from a family holiday at Casa Juliet. The Villa is excellent and surpassed expectations. The location is ideal and the villa is exceptionally spacious. PK Villas were brilliant to deal with and provided us with assistance and information whenever we needed anything, both prior to our holiday and while we were staying at the villa. Will definitely use PK Villas again and would highly recommend them. Cork, Ireland.

Wonderful villa in perfect location
We had such a lovely holiday with our sons and partners to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. We should have gone last year but was changed due to covid. We had originally booked villa Ananda but there was a problem with the pool and we were informed before we arrived of the change. We were not disappointed, Casa Juliet is simply stunning. It is spacious and has everything you can imagine to make your holiday one to remember. We enjoyed lazy afternoons by pool after morning walks on the coastal path, which is minutes walk from the villa. The pool table and BBQ were also put to good use. Like previous reviews have said, it's a bit of a hike back up to villa from old town but taxi is only €4. We also had night in Puerto Calero, which is beautiful and quieter than Puerto del Carmen. Communication with the owner and management company was superb both online and in Lanzarote. We would definitely recommend P Kelly villas for families, couples or friends getting together.

The Casa Juliet is outstanding in every way.
The location is great, a bit of a climb to get back after a few drinks but that’s what cabs are for and they only charge 2 or 3 euros from the. Strip. The shops, restaurants and beach is only a few minutes walk away. This is a fabulous villa, beautifully finished and has everything you need in it. Includes a lovely clean private pool and sun beds towels etc etc. owners are very helpful , everything that’s quoted on the website is actually there. The owner is very helpful and responds to queries very quickly, would highly recommend this to anyone , to an extended family, or a group of friends going away together, or several small families going as a group. Very safe and secure villa with plenty of outside lighting and locking entrance to site. Will definitely be returning.

Gorgeous villa and great location
Where do I start! The Villa is gorgeous, recently decorated and so well equipped. The communication from the owners was quick, efficient and helpful from the very beginning. Located on a quiet avenue of villas and within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and small bars. The harbour, 10 mins walk, is beautiful and more relaxed if you need a break from the busy main strip of Puerto del Carmen. We enjoyed the outdoor amenities provided, heated pool, built in BBQ, pool table and sun loungers for everyone. We had a fabulous family week in the sun and will definitely return to CASA JULIET.
