Although restful Lago Verde is a short walk from the main shopping area and the refined night retreats of the harbour frontage. On the estate you will find a snack/licensed bar convniently located next to the attractive swimming pool and sunbathing terraces. Local shops (Spar mini market), bars and Restaurants are 200 yards away and the town/harbour with a superb selection of fish restaurants are all within a 5 minute walk; sandy beaches are around a 15 minute walk from the complex. The reception is manned by multi-lingual staff and provides all general information, excursion bookings, internet access and safety deposit boxes (though there is a safe in the apartment) The privately owned accommodation is constantly refurbished and sleeps up to 4 having 2 fitted bedrooms, 1 twin and 1 double. Fully tiled bath/shower room. House linen and towels are provided. Weekly maid service is included. A washing machine is present in the Suite, as well as on-site laundry for which you purchase a token and powder from reception. Bedrooms have fly/screens as insurance against the rare nightime bite. The loundge with uniterrupted coastal views that constantly grasp your gaze, leads both internally to a moder fitted kitchen are with halogen hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron breakfast bar and also outside to the sun-terrace with separate areas for both sunbathing and al-fresco dining. Eating here whilst the ocean sunset concedes to the panorama of the Old Town's lights is a particular pleasure. The lounge also provides comfort and amenities with CD/radio player, DVD player and LCD flat screen TV showing a selection of satellite channels, broadcasting restrictions and satellite coverage means the selection can change. The pool only requires acclimatisation during the winter months.

About the neighborhood

On this prestigious complex of modern apartments, A3 is a favourite with many clients returning each year. The apartment overlooks the picturesque fishing port in the Old Town area of Puerto Del Carmen with a large sun terrace designed for enjoying the magnificent views of the ocean along the South coast of Lanzarote. There is a conveniently located snack bar next to the attractive heated swimming pool and sunbathing terraces. Shops, bars and a superb selection of fish restaurants are all within 5 minutes walk, and the nearest sandy beach is around a 15 minutes walk. There are parking spaces immediately outside the apartment.

Getting around

Taxis are plentiful and can be arranged through reception. A hire car is best to see all the sights of the Island and can be booked to pick up and return at the airport.

A short 20min taxi ride from Lanzarote Airport, taxis are plentiful outside the terminal and one can be arranged through reception for your return. Hire cars are plentiful and many can be picked up from the airport, there are parking spaces outside the apartments, but are on a first come first served basis. However there is plenty of parking on the road of the cul-de-sac.
