The “S” house was just totally renovated. Everything in it is brand new and very carefully picked! is an open space, 45 sqm apartment that can accommodate up to 4 persons in one double bed and two single beds.
On the ground floor is the living room with the sitting area and two single beds, the fully equipped kitchen with sea view and an elegant shower bathroom. The House has a flat screen 40 inch TV and a brand new and powerful sound system that can play music from all types of devices through Bluetooth. Very beautiful appartment!
The S House is a very good choice to stay in Santorini! Vourvoulos is charming and authentic! The apartment is beautiful, clean and it respond to our desires! Kyriakos, the owner, is fantastic and helpful! Go to the Roza's restaurant, it's fabulous!!! Don't hesitate!!!

a perfect start to two weeks in the Greek Islands
My wife and I recently spend a couple of weeks in the Greek Island and started our trip on Santorini. Although all of our accommodations were great, the Old Vourvoulos was our favorite. Starting the day with coffee and greek toast on the patio with a full view of the Aegean is something to experience. The honesty bar is very helpful and there are groceries and restaurants just a short walk up the hill to the village. The house is very quiet as you are away from all the crowds. A car would be helpful, but bus service is also available. But most of all is your host Kyriakos. In all our travels, we have never meant a person like Kyriakos.

Wonderful stay
The stay here was excellent! The house was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. Definitely recommend for an adventurous couple who wants to see some of the less “touristy” culture of the island. Couple of things:
1) As mentioned, it’s remote! Not what I would call walkable! Have a car or ATV. There’s ample parking outside the house or the hosts can organize one for you.
2) Taverna Roza is closed for the season when we came. Plan to order delivery or go further away.
3) Two great places for delivery. Obelix and Tabasco Pizza. The pizza place was amazing and took credit card upon delivery! Perfect!!
4) Kyriakos and the houses are known around the island. And I see why, they are very nice and so is he. Email or call him and he can help out with whatever you may need. Delivery places know the houses as do most taxis.
5) The closest pharmacy and ATM are in Fira, about 10-15 minutes drive.

wonderful lodging in santorini
We were 9 people visiting Santorini and stayed in these cave houses. The two homes were magnificent and well equipped and since we had cars the location was perfect. The beach in Vourvoulos was a favorite for our family. The fresh bakery truck every morning was also a wonderful treat . We would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Santorini!

Great place
This place was excellent. We had two large families that split the two separate houses. Each house was very architecturally unique. Built into the side of the volcanic rocks each room is cave like with rounded corners. Parking was available and this is close to shopping. Host was very friendly. Only negative was my daughter left her absolute favorite stuffed animal she had since birth and they would not search/send it to us afterward.

Fuimos en el 2009 pero me ha hecho ilusión encontrar la propiedad para opinar. El estudio es precioso, unas vistas inolvidables con un patio/terraza espectacular. El viaje fué muy especial y este estudio ayudó. A efectos prácticos diré que la cocina estava muy bién equipada, la ropa de cama estava muy limpia,el baño era muy bonito con una presión de agua que ya les gustaria a algunos hotelers de cinco estrellas. El wifi funcionava a la perfección. No dudeis!!!
