The price also includes the service staff that speaks italian/english and works from 08:00-22:00 everyday and the cleaning lady that works from 08:00-14:00.
A few minutes to the town proper of Watamu and 20 minutes by car to reach Malindi. Taking a taxi from the airport of Mombasa to the apartment will take for about 2 hours and 30 minuteswith the cost of 120€ roundtrip.
The price of the apartment is 160€/night for two person and an additional of 40€ for every guest more than 2. Maximum guests are 4.
We will be glad to give a 15% discount for clients that will book their vacation for more than 15 days and a 25% discount for more than 28 days.
The apartment has big windows that allow the light of the sun enter the entire house. It is bright and full of light.
We will be happy to welcome our clients in our wonderful apartment with the breath taking view of watamu beach. During the stay, our service staff Daniel, will be there to assist our guest from 7:00 in the morning until 10:oo in the evening. Daniel will be the one in charge to do the shopping,laundry,cooking and even serving meals. There will be also the presence of our cleaning lady that will work from 08:00 to 02:00 in the afternoon, to maintain the cleanliness of the place. The place has a security 24 hours so there will be nothing to worry about.

Interaction with guests: If the client want to have some time of relax, the apartment also has the bed for massage. You may enjoy the feeling of relaxation inside the apartment if you want some privacy. The massage service is not included with the price. We will contact our massage therapist if the client want the service. 1 hour of massage may cost 1.000 scellini (Kenya's money) that will be 10€.
We experienced the most relaxing and most enjoyed vacation here. Fantastic place with majestic view, fresh air and great sun. The apartment was clean and the staffs were very accomodating. We will definitely go back here to also try the safari. We recommend this place to everyone whose searching for a relaxing place to stay with all the things you need. It’s a complete package!

Fantastica!!!
Io e mio marito siamo stati in questo splendido appartamento a marzo di quest'anno: è veramente bello. Tutto come nuovo e pulitissimo. La posizione è proprio sulla spiaggia e mangiare sulla splendida terrazza fronte mare è a dir poco fantastico. Il cuoco fa la spesa e cucina molto bene. Da non sottovalutare anche la sorveglianza 24 ore su 24 ed il servizio mare con l'ombrellone ed i due lettini a nostra disposizione sulla spiaggia proprio davanti a casa.
Consigliatissimo.

Paradise
Me and my friend stayed in this paradise for more than a week. The apartment was clean and well maintained by the cleaning lady Peris. The view of the beach with white sands makes you really think that you are in paradise. During our stay,we tried different kinds of freshly caught fish for our meal cooked by Daniel. He cooks everything we want and we ask. It's a week full of peace and relax. We really felt and experienced living in the seaside. You will wake up in the morning with the sounds of the waves and wind blowing the palm trees. Very relaxing views from the window of the bedrooms and very good meals awaits you in the terrace. There's also a bar and restaurant inside the village, we also used the pools several times. We also tried the full body and facial massage, this is not included in the price but we pay a lot cheaper compared to the cost of massage in our country. They also offered an umbrella and 2 sunbeds for their guests. The sofa in the terrace was my favorite spot, sitting and relaxing while enjoying the view of the beach. I am planning another trip to Kenya maybe next year with my parents and I will surely stay in this apartment again.

peaceful and relaxing place to stay
We are 2 couples that stayed to Watamu for 1 week after our stay in Dubai and a four-day tour in Zafari. The vacation was really fantastic because the apartment is located on a wonderful place with great and stunning view of the beach right in front of the property. This apartment offers all ( tv, internet,air-conditioner,well equipped kitchen,bedrooms with private bathrooms,living area,terrace and a laundry room). At the beach, there were 2 reserved sun beds and an umbrella for us. The apartment is inside an Italian resort that offers lots of services like golf,restaurant,bar and pools, but above all this, we felt secure because of there was a surveillance 24/7.
During our stay, there was Daniel,the cook that also does the shopping and assisted us in all aspects. There was also Peris, who cleaned the house everyday during our stay.
Inside the apartment there's a massage bed and a very good massage therapist is available at low cost. Having 1 hour of full body massage will help you relieve your stress.
We highly recommend this to couples who wants to relax in a peaceful,romantic and beautiful beach.
