Region: Visitors to the Cotswolds have long treasured memories of charming towns and villages built from the famous honey-coloured stone, it now boasts a thriving community of contemporary artists working from studios and shops throughout the area. Town: The rural village of Hanbury is surrounded by countryside and is the home of the National Trust's Hanbury Hall and Gardens, a superb country house, dating back to 1701, with its own orchard and parklands. The town of Redditch is a short drive away, offering a range of amenities, as well as the beautiful Arrow Valley Country Park, set amongst 900 acres, with a river and a lake. Venture onto the scenic walking trails through picturesque countryside in the area, and visit the city of Worcester, with its Medieval cathedral, museums, art gallery, golf course and Worcester Woods Country Park.
