Bien pero.....
El apartamento está muy bien, reformado tal y como se ve en las fotos pero hay dos cosas muy importantes a tener en cuenta, no hay aire acondicionado con lo cual hace muchÃsimo calor y la más importante , se anuncia como que tiene piscina y no es verdad, la piscina ( bastante cutre por cierto) que hay en medio de la urbanización no es de uso libre para los que están alojados en ella sino que la gestiona el restaurant que hay en el mismo lugar y no puedes utilizarla si no consumes en el mismo, además aun consumiendo las hamacas son de pago al dueño del restaurant, nos quedamos alucinados, a eso se le llama publicidad engañosa.

El apartamento dispone de ventiladores de techo en todas las habitaciones tal y com se especifica en el anuncio, que ayudan a aminorar el calor.
Està ubicado en una zona de apartamentos ajardinada con piscina, tal y como describe el anuncio. Por lo tanto el anuncio no engaña.
En cuanto al estado de la piscina, aunque es antigua, està limpia y bien mantenida, aunque entiendo que usted tenga otras preferencias.
Lamento que no haya sido de su agrado.

Perfect location
Apartment was very well presented with fully equipped kitchen. There were little extras like beach umbrellas, bat and ball for beach. The location was great on a quiet road with sea view. It was very close to the two pools Son Bou gardens and San Jamie, both were really good. San Jamie was a lot busier with a water slide. The amazing beach was a 5 min walk, this had beautiful clear water and was really safe for children. The shops and restaurants are just a 2 min walk from apartment. My two girls loved the live entertainment at San Jamie restaurant. This was our first time in Menorca and we will definitely be returning.

Son bou stay
The meet and greet went perfectly and we were into the apartment on time. The 2 bed appt is in a complex of about 120 similar properties adjacent to the center if SB and ideally situated for all amenities including the 5 min walk to the beach which is the longest in Menorca. There is a supermarket and pastry shop next door and a pool with a restaurant in the middle of the complex.
The 2 bed appt has everything in it you should need including a box of beach kit (balls, umbrellas etc) which was a great touch. It is South facing so get full sun on the front during the day and overlooks the reserve to the sea beyond.
Parking is roadside but easy to find spaces near to the property.
Great place to stay on the beautiful island that is menorca.

Fantastico
Abbiamo soggiornato per 12 giorni in questa casa e devo dire che siamo stati benissimo. Casa fantastica, pulitissima e con tutto il necessario e personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Come posizione è ottima e, con il mare a Son Bou fantastico, comoda per girare tutta l'isola.

A Lovely Little Apartment in the centre of it all
The area was lovely - lots of things for children to do and fun fairs, train rides and dodgems etc in the evenings. It was a little crowded and the restaurants were mainly serving the same type of food with extensive menus. The apartment was on the quiet but main slip road into the resort and was right between two large swimming pools. This was very convenient for us so we looked at both and in fact ended up going to club Jaime. It had a lovely grass area surrounding a terrific pool and the food at lunchtime was delicious. A fab shady area to sit and have a cold drink when the sun became too much.
All in all we were very pleased with the apartment. It was clean and simple but had everything one could need. There was a heat wave during our stay and air con would have been handy but usually Menorca has a fabulous breeze blowing all the time so air con isn't necessary. Everything was very close by so we didn't rent a car which was absolutely fine. The beach is lovely and the water amazing.

apartamento cómodo y bien situado
El apartamento está situado en la proximidad del núcleo urbano y de la playa, por lo que resulta cómodo ya que no se necesita el coche para desplazarse por el mismo. Dispone de los elementos necesarios para que la estancia sea agradable. Además la propietaria es una persona fácilmente accesible y muy agradable.
