The rooftop MAUNA KEA CAFE features the best breakfast on the Riviera Nayarit (according to the sailboats who stop here just for that!), with very reasonable prices, available a la carte and also an option to have it delivered to your suite.
La Casita sits on its own platform, a 'garden in the sky', with a light-filled living room and views of the jungle and ocean. It includes the lush gardens of Casa Pacifica.
CASA PACIFICA VACATION RENTALS is located in the upper corner of the pueblo, away from the beach noise, surrounded by the jungle with ocean views. The landscape is lush with floral gardens and three patios.
It's a short 15 minute walk to the beach.
Chacala is a small fishing village on the best beach on the Riviera Nayarit, according to the tourists. Its gentle surf allows families to bring their small children and even babies into the water.
There are 10 restaurants on the beach and several in the town.
Many guests enjoy hiking to the caldera next to the beach - it's dormant and filled with jungle!

How to get there
You can travel to Chacala from the airport by taxi, bus or rental car. Best to book a rental car online before you arrive - most companies pick you up at the airport and drop you off.
A short taxi/uber ride to the bus station takes you to the Pacifico Bus, the only line that stops in Las Varas, the nearest town, Taxis are right outside for transportation to Casa Pacifica.
There are taxi vendors in the airport lobby, but you can also go to the curb and negotiate your own fare.
