Really good duplex with added advantage of a second toilet downstairs. Arrived when very hot indeed one evening so we were frustrated not to be able to cool off in the pool until 10am the next day! I suppose it stops all-night noise from bathers but the guests there were generally quiet, with most noise from the street side. Good...

Additional Rate and Availability Information
The prices are per week. The prices are based on 2 people sharing. However, the apartment with use of the sofa-bed can be suitable for up to 4 people (there is a £25 extra charge per week for use of the sofa-bed)

A £100 holding fee is required with your booking form to secure your booking. We do provisionally hold dates should you require time to arrange flights etc.
The outstanding balance is required 6 weeks before your arrival date. We also require a £150 key deposit one month prior to travel, which will be returned (subject to satisfactory inspection on your departure) within 2 weeks of you leaving the property.

Payment accepted: bank transfer, Paypal, credit/debit card (stirling/euro), and cheque (£ only)

Changeover day is flexible. If guests are leaving on a changeover day they must vacate the property by 10am, and if arriving on a changeover day, then they can only have access after 2pm. In either case provision can be made for your luggage.

The resort is well situated for exploration of the rest of the island, and is approx. a 35 mins drive to the north of the island, which offers- sand dunes, water park, and ferry services to Lanzarote. Approx 45 mins to the south of the island to the zoo and botanical gardens, which are on the way to Jandia's spectacular beaches, known for hosting professional water sport events.<BR><BR>Caleta de Fuste offers a wide variety of recreational activities, which are all within walking distance from the complex. The marina offers the Oceanarium, daily boat trips, and many water sport facilities. The 18 hole PGA golf course with club hire facilities, is within a 5 min drive. Car not needed
How to get there
Fuerteventura has 1 airport and the resort is approximately a 10 minute drive from the airport (approx. 12 euros in a taxi). The main ferry port is approx 35 mins, which has regular ferry services to Lanzarote (Fast 12 mins, or slower ferry 30 mins). The resort does not require a car, and exploration of the island can either be with a hire car, local bus services, taxis, or excursions, all of which can be arranged from within the resort itself. A taxi from outside the airport to the properties is approx. 12 euros. We are aware that flythomascook, EasyJet and RyanAir also fly to Fuerteventura now, and it may be worth checking their websites directly.
