Ground floor and all on one level apart from a small step down into the garden from patio doors.
Fully equipped kitchen with a water filter so no need to buy bottled water,
Each Bedroom has a ceiling fan.
L shaped lounge and dining area, flat screen TV with Local and international channels.
situated on Salinas Golf resort and only within walking distance to the Elba golf resort.
The Atlantico shopping centre is 1.5 km away and Caleta de Fuste main centre is about 3 km away although you could get a Taxi from the Atlantico to the centre of Caleta
Car not essential but recommended. Only on street parking available.
Caleta has a variety of bars and restaurants and has a lovely Harbour area and the beach newly renovated.

Please be mindful of others in the apartment block regard noise ad the apartment is in a block of 4 apartments and some residents live in the block who are not on holiday and working.
Smoking is permitted in the garden area as long as all dorrs to the apartment are closed.

glorious Xmas holiday
we had a fantastic holiday at this apartment over Christmas and new year. it is spotlessly clean. has comfy beds, UK TV channels, a sun trap garden and a kitchen with everything needed for a wonderful self catering holiday. The apartment is very secure with two safes and a full alarm system which is very reassuring. It is only a 10 minute walk to the Atlantic center with shops and restaurant's and only a 15 minute drive from the airport. The area is very quiet & peaceful with two golf courses just around the corner. Sandy the owner is very helpful and left us some wonderful welcome goodies and was always at the end of the phone if needed. One of the best holidays we have ever had and we will certainly be back.

Spacious ground floor apt.
We have been visiting Fuerteventura every year for the past 15 years staying in different properties throughout the island.
We really enjoyed our stay in this spacious ground floor apartment. It has everything a guest would need. The apartment itself is tastefully furnished with lovely touches that add to your enjoyment. The water filter system in the kitchen is yet another welcome feature. There was most thoughtful welcome pack on our arrival which set the mood for our visit.
The garden at the front and side was beautifully laid out where you could relax and enjoy the sunshine.
We look forward to our next holiday there.

Amazing property, will rent again.
This property is amazing. This ground floor apartment with a lovely garden is truely a home from home. Loungers provided with sun all day. Shaded area at back of property if you need a break from the sun. The accommodation is so spacious, clean, modern with all mod cons and then some. Sandy was brilliant, extremely helpful.

Just Perfect
An apartment that has everything you could possibly need for your self catering holiday. Clean and spacious with great outdoor space. We chose a self catering holiday due to the covid situation and it met our needs perfectly. Just on the edge of the resort so we had a nice 10/15 min stroll into the main resort, so we could be as involved or not as we felt comfortable being. The bus stop was only 5mins walk away, all fares on this route between Rosario and salinas with the airport in between is 1eu 40, so very cheap and easy to get about. Very knowledgeable, friendly, hosts.

Fantastic relaxing retreat
This was our second trip to this apartment and it didn't fail to deliver, again.
Everything that is required for the perfect self catering break is supplied and another great, relaxing holiday was had by all. Thank you

Spacious modern fully equipped apartment
The apartment was extremely spacious with lovely outdoor areas. The sun is on the front garden all day long if you are sun lover like us. Well equipped kitchen was perfect for us a we did not want to eat out every night. Sandy (the owner) was extremely helpful and friendly. Will be visiting again.

Very well furnished and presented appartment. The kitchen was excellent with all the appliances you could need. Very handy to have the gas bbq in the back garden.

Escape from reality
An excellent apartment that has everything and more for a break away. We arrived to find all the essentials waiting for us milk sugar tea etc. (Even a bottle of wine )
The garden is lovely and a perfect sun trap and everything is within easy reach of the apartment.
Thanks for providing us with the perfect battery re-charge, fingers crossed we will be back soon 👌

New build ground floor apartment, perfectly situated for all local ameneties
This apartment has all you require for a stress free holiday, it is very well equipped, spotlessly clean, a home from home. The apartment has a lovely private rear barbecue area and spacious front patio and garden perfect for entertaining. It is within easy reach of Las Salinas and Fuerteventura golf courses and the local shopping area, though a car is recommended. The owners were very welcoming and called during our stay to see that all was ok with our holiday home. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend booking a holiday at this apartment.
