The villa was perfect and a joy to find somewhere as posted and described. Couldn't find a thing that didn't meet our expectations. Spotlessly clean and in excellent condition . Great garden for a family to holiday in .. if i had to suggest something ,Maby a table tennis table or a pool table in the garden but I'm searching for something to add.. all in all a great stay ..

Great experience. Would book again
Fabulous stay at villa Josefina .
Very spacious and suited our party which ranged from 2 -65 years old.
Villa was well equipped. Clean and comfortable.
There was no air con or ceiling fans so the house was very warm however plug in fans were available.
We had a issue with power however it was quickly sorted with a text from Paco who also arranged for the pool to be cleaned asap,
Good location and generally quiet area.
Would book again without hesitation,
Communication with Josef was speedy and he allowed for us to have an earlier check in which made a huge difference especially when travelling with a toddler .

Fantastic Villa in Fantastic Location
The Villa is everything you could want. It is lovely and clean on arrival, comfortable beds. The furniture outside is amazing, so lovely and comfortable. The pool is lovely and stays lovely and warm if you keep the cover on it at night times. The sea view is wonderful.

A home from home
This villa is amazing. We have just returned from a weeks stay at this villa and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The villa is located about a 15 min walk from the Atlantico shopping centre, a further 20 mins into central Caleta along the seafront.
The villa has everything you could ask for, 4 bedrooms, 2 with en-suites, 1 with a bath, a large family bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped kitchen, which includes a dishwasher. There is a large utility room with a washing machine. The outside area is great, with a BBQ, outside toilet and shower. There is a nice dining area outside and an excellent size pool. We had an issue with the heated pool, but after 1 text to Paco, it was sorted and the family fun continued.
Whilst the villa has satellite TVs there was only 1 English Channel, but you don't go on holiday to watch tv so this wasn't a real issue.
We arrived and were shown around by Paco who provided us a great tour of the villa, but it would be useful to have something to refer too that details how things work, places to eat, taxi numbers etc.
Overall a great base for a family holiday and would recommend to anyone.

Fantastic villa
We stayed in the villa for 12 days at the end of September and had a fantastic time. The villa is located just south of caleta de fuste about 10 minutes walk from the atlantico shopping centre, however the walk home from the resort should be done before it gets dark as there is no lighting on the path between the atlantico and the villa. We had hired a car as we were travelling around the island so we were not affected too much. The area around the golf course where the villa is located has suffered from the recession and quite a few villas are in bad condition but the villa josefina was the exception. The villa has been recently renovated as is in superb condition. All mod cons available and a lovely swimming pool and kids area where my 2 girls ( aged 4 & 2) could play comfortably without worries. The villa can sleep 7 easily with 1 room with double bed and ensuite, a second room with twin beds and ensuite, 3rd room has twin beds and a 4th room with a single bed. There is a family bathroom and a utility room with a washing machine and a nice sized kitchen with all facilities. There is a nice open space for watching tv and a dining area inside and outside.
The only drawback was the fact that the television did not have any English stations, but did have Netflix. There is WiFi in the villa however this is limited and if the monthly allowance is used up then you have no tv to keep the kids (and grandparents) happy. We were greeted by Paco when we arrived and given a quick 5 minute run through of the property but would have been better if there was some sort of reference manual that could be consulted with regard to how everything works.
All in all we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this property to anyone.
