This is a beautiful apartment in a perfect location. Lovely roof terrace, a little too hot to use!! We often ate outside on the balcony. Only shame for us was that we couldn't BBQ.

Thank you so much for reviewing the apartment, it is most welcome... Sorry about not having a permanent BBQ in position on roof top but there is a little portable one in the garage store area that can be brought up and used on terrace, sorry and a shame you were not aware of it.

The location was amazing all amenities within 2 minutes walking distance. Great bars & restaurants. The apartment was of an excellent standard we loved the roof top terrace. We'll visit again a little gem.

Apartment is truly beautiful and really is home from home. Everything you could possibly need is provided. Beach, bars, restaurants and supermarkets on the doorstep. We had a wonderfully relaxing time, with wonderful weather and warm, safe sea swimming. Would definitely return.

The apartment is situated on 2 levels, the upper level being a 43m2 private terrace with luxury couches, table, parasol and recliners where you can enjoy all year round sun.

The living area has beautiful marble flooring with white wood, leather furniture and glass top tables giving the room a lovely light airy feel and there is a large flat screen TV, SKY, DVD Player and Radio.The bedroom has a large fitted wardrobe offering ample storage space and a security safe, luxury bedding is of crisp white cotton and there are duvets, throws and rugs for use around the flat in the evenings of the cooler months. There is air conditioning/ceiling fans and heating.

The apartment will be available from 4pm on day of arrival and must be vacated at 12noon (when possible we may adjust these times for guests convenience)

On final payment there is a £150 refundable deposit as security against damage/breakages. This will be returned at the end of your stay, subject to satisfactory property inspection.

About the neighborhood
Almerimar enjoys a sub tropical climate and averages 320 days of annual sunshine. This jewel is hidden away and accessed by a Palm Lined road with golf courses on either side leading to the 1200 berth Marina offering a fine selection of bars and restaurants. You will find residents and visitors here to be a good mix of Spanish and European cultures. There are two blue flag beaches on either side of the Marina offering excellent water sports and there are great walking and cycling paths along the 6 km beach front.

Almerimar has some lovely local shops and a large supermarket but for serious shoppers a trip to El Ejido and Almeria by bus or car offer an excellent range of shops. You can also find horseriding, karting, and a cinema within 4 km
