    Our apartment is an ideal choice for a holiday at any time of the year. Built in typical Andalucian style, the outside space is beautifully kept with lawns and gardens edged with palm trees and shrubs. The apartment is very well positioned overlooking the outdoor pool with views to the sea. The outside terrace is perfect for dining al fresco.

    There is a large communal pool and separate smaller children's splash pool. There is also a children's play area which includes swings and climbing frame.

    The heated indoor pool (open October - April) makes this an ideal holiday destination at any time of the year.

    Great Apartment in good location

    We had 18 lovely nights in Margaret's apartment with our 2 girls. They loved that the pool was right next to the apartment and a nice walk to the local restaurant La Peperina which has a nice atmosphere and good food. Margaret was extremely helpful...More

    Beautiful urbanisation and lovely apartment

    Very nice apartment and gated community

    My family and i just returned from a week at this apartament and it was everything we wanted and need it, from the indoor and outdoor pools just a couple of minutes walk, to the very well equipped apartment, good WiFi, satellite tv and everything...More

    The prices shown are for the rental of the apartment (maximum occupancy 4 people). Included in the cost is the provision of bed linen, bath and hand towels (please supply your own beach towels), all electricity, water charges, air conditioning, heating, changeover clean and WiFi. We are happy to accommodate flexible changeover days to tie in with airline availability (subject to bookings). Please note that if you require check in/check out out of normal working hours a 10 euro supplement will be payable for each attendance direct to our keyholder.

    About the neighborhood
    This area of Spain has something for everyone. Visit Mojacar Pueblo, a traditional Spanish whitewashed village in the mountains with amazing views to the coast. The lively coastal resort of Mojacar has beautiful beaches and an abundance of restaurants and bars to suit all budgets and tastes. Garrucha is a lively fishing town that still retains much of its original charm with a pretty harbour and a good range of restaurants and bars.

    The historic town of Vera (with its historic bull ring) is a 15 minute drive and is well worth a visit.

    For the active holidaymaker there is scuba diving, water skiing, horse riding, golf and fishing (to name but a few!)

    Airport: Almeria: 49.7 mi
    Vera Playa is well served by two airports, Almeria (approx 80km) and Murcia San Javier (approx 100km). Both airports are served by a number of scheduled and budget airlines flying from Manchester, Gatwick, Stansted, Birmingham, Bournemouth, Bristol and Dublin.

    Car hire is recommended although the urbanisation is on the local bus route.
