Tranquil setting in Suffolk countryside
The accommodation was light, airy and spacious and was very well appointed with all appliances you would require to make your break away relaxing. The view from the main windows was over open fields and occasionally you would see a Pheasant ambling passed. The outsisde seating was just right for an evening G&T watching the sun go down. Stuart and Joanne were very helpful with any queries and left us some delicious items to savour which was much appreciate. I can highly recommend staying at Pheasant, just a few miles from Halesworth and easy drive to Southwold.

Lovely pet-friendly place
The Pheasant barn was perfect for my partner and I and our dog. Stuart & Joanne were so sweet and left toys and bowls, towels and mat for the dog. The barn was very clean and comfortable and perfect for our little getaway. The private garden was great too, overlooking the fields. Highly recommend.

Absolutely wonderful
Definitely recommend this one. Joanne and Stuart made our stay absolutely delightful with a beautiful hamper and greeting. The accommodation is spacious, clean and modern. Perfect views, peace and tranquillity but not too far away from amenities. Had a wonderful stay in Pheasant.

Absolutely perfect!
What an amazing place for a breakaway. It is so close to Halesworth, Southwold and Walberswick and we were able to take my husband's new guide dog and his retired one too. The dogs loved the park at Halesworth and Walberswick beach. The barn was sooo lovely and comfortable, and the owners left hampers with goodies for us and the doggies! We will definitely go again, as it was a memorable birthday treat!

Fantastic
A lovely rural location in the Suffolk countryside. A light spacious open plan apartment. Just right for the 2 of us and our greyhound. The separate communal barn with games (pool table, table football, etc), sofas and a large table was an added bonus. We plan to come back next year.

Excellent
I was struggling to find somewhere that would accommodate a dog for a long weekend, until I found Oasis barn. It was a lovely place! With some directions from Stuart & Joanne before hand it was easy to find. When we arrived to our accommodation Stuart & Joanne left a lovely hamper even goodies for our dog too! The pheasant was exactly like the photos on their website and it was extremely clean and tidy. The views from the pheasant are lovely to wake up to in the morning! All around an excellent place to stay, extremely peaceful and relaxing. Definitely will be back!

Excellent accommodation with lovely surroundings
Just got back from a few relaxing days at Pheasant with lovely views from the comfortable settee. The accommodation has country feel with all mod cons and high class fittings. The welcome hamper, extras in the bathroom and fluffy towels with the king size bed to sleep in makes it a very comfortable stay.

Luxury and Relaxation to the Max
Trying to find luxurious self catering accommodation that accepts 2 large dogs is not easy. Pheasant at Oasis Barn was our saviour. I wanted to treat my partner for a special birthday so quality was key. Stuart and Joanne accepted my request to book and I'm so glad they did. The location is rural with pretty villages and fantastic views coupled with miles of dog walks to keep our four legged family happy. For us it was all about relaxation in surroundings that made us feel special. The attention to detail in the barn (and surrounding grounds) was fabulous with quality furnishings, beautiful decor, all the facilities you need and a bed set up for the best nights sleep you could wish for. In addition to this we arrived to find a wonderfully generous welcome hamper with wine, cordial, local honey, home made bread, fruit and gifts for the dogs and let's not forget the milk and butter thoughtfully left in the fridge and toiletries in the bathroom. Only approx 20 mins to the coast too. Don't miss out on this hidden gem.

Absolutely wonderful!
Myself and my husband stayed here for a couple of nights after our wedding and the place was everything we wanted and more! We arrived to a beautiful hamper from the owners which was such a kind and thoughtful touch. The barn was stunning, the view was an absolute dream as were the owners. Thank you very much and I'm sure we will return!

A lovely, relaxing place to stay in a beautiful area.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Oasis Barn. From the moment we arrived we found it a lovely, welcoming place. The Pheasant was warm, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The welcome 'basket' was excellent and more than we would have expected. We particularly liked the homemade bread and jam! The bed was big and comfortable. The accommodation was excellently laid out and the kitchen was perfect. Despite being away we immediately felt 'at home.' I can wholeheartedly recommend it. We will certainly be back and bring our friends and family with us.

About the neighborhood
South of Bungay on the Suffolk side of the river are a handful of small villages known locally as 'The Saints'. It is here that All Saints South Elmham lies with its wealth of open countryside. All Saints South Elmham is extremely popular with cyclists with a maze of narrow country lanes. South of the curiously named St Cross South Elmham stands South Elmham Hall, a 16th century farmhouse which is now used as an events venue. Just south of the hall completely surrounded by trees is the ruins of South Elmham Minster. In the heart of the Waveney Valley with its idyllic villages and unique market towns, All Saints South Elmham is an unspoilt haven of wildlife, big open skies and a mild dry climate. Situated equal distance from both the pretty market town of Halesworth, famous for its Arts and offering shopping as it used to be and the historic market town of Bungay, All Saints is a splendid location for holiday makers. With tranquil surroundings and spectacular views across the fields All Saints offers an escape from the frantic pace of everyday life. An ideal location for walking, cycling, bird watching and fishing, it is within walking distance of an award winning pub, The Rumburgh Buck, popular with locals and visitors alike and close to St Peter's and Barrell and Sellers breweries and Valley Farm vineyard. All Saints is centrally located within the Waveney Valley to enjoy boating on the broads at Beccles, frolicking on the beach at Southwold, the hustle and bustle of Norwich or the peace and quiet of the countryside.Whatever your ideal holiday, All Saints offers the perfect base for a luxury break.
